Today I talk about ME! I just wanted to start with a look back at 2021. I want to bring to light my feelings and thoughts on what I've been through and where I'm going! I am SO excited to get back into the studio and talk to you all!  This episode is kind of heavy and raw. Keep that in mind when listening to this. 2022 going forward will be full of guests like never before and that's so exciting!
