Long time MUFON board member Tom Whitmore had been a San Antonio Texas resident since 1984. Originally from Tulsa, Tom graduated with a degree in business administration from Portland State University and had a career in the financial industry since the 1970’s. He was most recently employed as a financial analyst with a local firm in San Antonio where he retired in 2019. He is an accomplished guitarist and has a daughter who is a pre-school teacher. Tom was invited to join the MUFON board in 1995 and experienced the organization’s progress through the successive administrations of Walt Andrus, John Schuessler, James Carrion, Clifford Clift, Dave McDonald and Jan Harzan. He serves as Treasurer and focuses on long term and strategic issues for the organization. Tom has been fascinated by military and intelligence agencies’ interactions with the UFO public. He has undertaken a research study of the history of the MJ12 affair, and intends to eventually publish his findings. He participates in discussions of the MJ12 topic by giving presentations to local UFO groups, appearing on Internet Podcasts and Radio Shows, and by communicating in social media. David had a personal encounter with a women at a local grocery store, she told him she was an E.T. And was working in The United States. She also stated that the ET's have always been here. William Wagner BiographyHe graduated from the University of New Mexico in Civil engineering and worked as a licensed engineer for five years.  He then graduated from Southwestern Baptist Seminary with a Master of Theology degree and became a pastor.  This led him and his family to go to Austria with the Southern Baptists and begin thirty-five years as missionaries to Eastern and Western Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa.  During that time, he completed two earned Doctor’s degrees, one from The University of South Africa and one from Fuller Theological Seminary. Upon his retirement from the Mission Board, he was invited to serve as the Professor of Evangelism and Missions at Golden Gate Baptist Seminary in California.  After serving there for ten years, he retired for a second time, and  began working with Olivet University where he was also President for three years. During his ministry he has started nine churches in four countries, help start two Seminaries in Europe, and one International University.
