Hello people! It's been a long time, as something has kept us quite busy lately, I wonder what???? In this episode Lee chats with his first JKD, Kali instructor, friend, mentor, peer, training partner Mick Tully! I have been inteviewed AGAIN!! I had the absolute honour of being interviewed by Les Bubka recently for his 'Accidental podcast or something like that' podcast! We discussed all things Karate, mental health, our dislike of presenting on both audio and video platforms. We had many similarities, and it was a great conversation.
