Description
Who actually knows what they're doing in their 20s? The 20 Somethings is a podcast from a 20-something that is figuring it all out or at least trying to. Michelle is a 21-year-old college student documenting her ups and downs as she goes through these memorable years. Buckle in because we'll either learn with her or learn through her mistakes. So with that being said, welcome to OUR 20s.

Oh lord, buckle up. This week Michelle is joined by probably the most requested guest of the entire show, Jonas Dembowski. After having to cut a hour of very cancelable content, we are left with an episode full of relationship advice, dating apps dos + don'ts, and giving the people of reddit some brutally honest opinions. To make things even more interesting, tequila shots are poured every 15 minutes and there was a live studio audience (Nate + Chatta)... which would explain the hour of footage that couldn't be aired. We definitely recommend listening to this one with headphones on... or with your situationship that just can't take a f*cking hint.
Hopped off the plane at LAX for this one. This week, Michelle is in not-so-sunny Los Angeles, and sits down to crack open a "bev" with one of her favorite creators, and the "bev" connoisseur himself, Jack Cook! Jack is known for his storytelling and cinematic daily vlogs, which he has managed to post on Tiktok/Instagram for 870+ days as of when this episode is coming out. They dive into the nitty gritty, from what it was like to move to LA from the south in the midst of COVID, to the process behind the daily vlogs that go up without a fail every. single. day. and all things content, networking, editing, shooting, equipment, etc. To wrap up the episode, they play "Over/Under" to see which LA "must-dos" are over-hyped or under-hyped! This episode is definitely perfectly hyped 🤞🏼

Did someone say first solo ep of the new year + season? This week, Michelle gives a much needed update on what's new in her life since she went MIA a little under a year ago. Sparknotes version: she graduated college, became a homebody + had a quarter-life crisis. So you didn't miss much! She also hops on the trend and goes over her ins + outs for the new year. Sparknotes version: do it (202)4 the plot.
Welcome to szn 2 😎 Kicking off this new era for The 20 Somethings, Michelle is joined by Alex, Danny, + Holly as they spill everything about their trip to Eruope back in May... well mostly everything. 20 of your closest friends traveling together through 3 countries for 12 days straight, what could go wrong? Apparently a lot.

Consider this your intermission between seasons, mainly because we go back into the vault (a.k.a. this episode was recorded in February (sorry Emma)). Michelle is joined by fitness influencer, Emma Lanyi, or better known as Ms. bigbottom on TikTok! From fitness tips, to NLE Choppa's shout out, to people professing their love via TikTok comments, they cover everything. Welcome back, b*tches :)
Happy Valentine's Days to everyone that loves the holiday and everyone that hates it. Starting off the episode with a quick update on Chicago and Michelle's love for Spirit Airlines, we quickly shift gears to talking abut a weird phenomenon that people fail to talk about sometimes: fake nice guys. In the spirit of Valentine's, it wouldn't be a true 20 Somethings podcast without us highlight some of the worst stories surrounding the holiday and dating in general, and these's stories... are some of the worst yet. WWYD if the girl you bf cheated on you with tried to run you over in a sonic parking lot?
Calling all seniors... or really just people trying to make it through the semester. This week, Michelle come to you from the comfort of her bed for a 1 am podcast about academics. We know, shocker. But it's more so about preventing burn out, staying motivated and managing your time. All of us academic validation junkies have to stick together so whatever you're studying for, or not studying for and procrastinating, take a f*#$ing chill pill and breathe, you've got this :)
Another guest episode! This time, Michelle brings on Holly Yazdi and they dive into how to gain confidence, almost book a trip to Chicago mid recording (spoiler alert: they didn't go) and tackle topics from dating to running into your ex at a party, etc. They wrap up the episode with a little game of FMK with some... interesting... options, to say the least.
Tell a friend to tell a friend... she's backkkkk! After 4 months of not talking to herself on a mic, Michelle is back with a life update that's long overdue, a recap of her New Year's Eve, and her ins + outs for 2023!
This week, Michelle sits down with her old high school rival, pop artist Nash Maple, better known as Nvsh. They talk about growing up in the south, living at home, releasing music, and Addison Rae using Nvsh's song to dance around in American Eagle jeans. To tie it all together, they play a game of "bop or flop" and get each other's opinions on many pop culture topics. Bop or flop: being in your 20s... Bop asf

The moment we've all been waiting for... well some of us anyway. With recruitment season right around the corner, Michelle dishes out all of her tips and tricks on how to survive sorority rush. What's a pnm? Does social media matter? What's COBing? She answers all of these and more while also giving her take from the sisterhood side. gO gReEk!!
In this week's episode, Michelle gives a weekend recap of how she woke up without a phone the morning after a date and how she was almost recruited for a threesome with a newly engaged couple in PCB? Then, she shares some more submissions from the drunk confessions poll. Would you notice if someone peed in the back of your truck?
After a 2 month hiatus, Michelle (over-dramatically) dives into her travel day from hell and shares some of the other times she's been deeply humbled. From singing in the middle school talent show, to falling at her first pep rally, to her dad screenshotting her ex's snapchat story of his new girlfriend. Buckle up, it's an embarrassing ride.
Michelle goes through the series of events that lead to her having to stay home for her first spring break back since things have been opening back up and then dives into her guide to doing spring break right. A little staycation never hurt anyone... yet, at least.
In this episode, Michelle fights a violent hangover after her twenty-first birthday party. She shares a couple of her friends' drunken mistakes and brings on a special guest, Cowboy Dan, to share his not-so-fun night out in Knoxville. Cowboy Dan: 0 Stage: 1
To kick off her first episode and 21st birthday, Michelle shares her top 21 "words to live by" from her 21 years on this Earth! What better way to celebrate than a quick trip down memory lane of mistakes-turned-lessons?
