My guest today, Michelle Nietert, will really inspire and equip you to be the type of mom that is raising mentally healthy kids! Our conversation gets deep as we share our own struggles as mothers and how we overcame them. This pandemic has really taken a toll on our children and it is OK to admit you need some help navigating their feelings, as well as, your own! Michelle also shares some key questions to ask your kids in order to find out how they are doing mentally.
The bathroom is most likely the first thing you see in the morning. If you are beginning your day in a cluttered mess, you’re setting the stage for a stressed-out day! The bathroom is also usually the small- est room in the house but one in which you spend a lot of time. The only items that should be stored in this room should relate to bathing, hygiene, toilette or relaxing. For a full list of bathroom organization tips go to the show notes: https://jenniferfordberry.com/episode97/-------------------Love the show? Dr. Aimee Trammell is back on our show sharing more COVID vaccine updates. She was previously a guest on Episode 88 and it was one of our most popular episodes. We love Dr. Trammell because she simply shares information based on medical information that has come out over the past few months. Our goal with this show is to share information WITHOUT judgment. We hope that you find this episode informative.References mentioned in this episode:-The Nuremberg Codehttps://history.nih.gov/download/attachments/1016866/nuremberg.pdf?version=1&modificationDate=1589152811742&api=v2"The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. Today's episode is about a story that should be on Dateline or at the very least covered by the news. It is a story that will break any parent's heart. Our guest, Laura Koepp, shares the story of what happened when her daughter Cassy, a young woman with disabilities, was deplaned for taking her mask down on an airplane when she needed to swallow her medicine. My hope is that this story will spread as a reminder to all of us that we need LESS judgment in this world and more empathy and compassion as we navigate these confusing times. Please be sure to listen through to the end for Cassy's powerful statement to the security guard that forcibly removed her from the plane.*In order to fully understand what Cassy has been through and her disabilities, please listen to EPISODE 3. This is the episode where Laura shares the full story of her daughter's car accident as written in her book Broken: A Mother's Story.UPDATE! After the show aired Laura received a letter from Southwest Airlines. Go to the show notes to read the letter.-------------------Love the show? We often associate a ritual with religious or spiritual activity, but in the broadest definition, a ritual is simply a set pattern of activity. Making something into a ritual will inevitably place more importance on the activity. It will also help you be more conscious of what is happening, how it is happening, and how it affects you. Because of this, rituals can be a great aid in making changes in your life and forming new beneficial habits.
In this episode, Jennifer shares what has been going on in her personal life including the tough times and an exciting announcement.

With so much information being given out regarding the Covid-19 vax I felt it was my responsibility to share the knowledge I have learned from Dr. Aimee Tramm. I believe God put Dr. Tramm in my path for a reason. My listeners should know that I believe each American should be given free choice when it comes to their body and their healthcare. This episode is not meant to persuade anyone in one direction or another. It is simply to share information that is out there in the medical field so that each individual can educate herself and then come to the decision that she feels is best for her.*References referred to during this episode are here: https://jenniferfordberry.com/episode-88-2/
