I agree with you completely. My husband has 2 children from a previous marriage. We also have a child together. Child support affects our whole family financially and emotionally. It also gives his ex (who is a terrible parent) an incentive to keep primary custody of their children instead of 50/50. It makes it harder for us to take care of our own child and take care of the other two when we have them. I could ramble on about this for days but I just want to thank you for doing this. Please keep it up. I also want you to know there are many women like myself who believe that child support is wrong and that the system is a rigged cash cow for states. In Tennessee they charge a $8 processing fee to have child support taken out of your check. Doesn't seem like much but if you add up all the people they're charging with each check that's quite a lot. I believe it's definitely an incentive for the state.
