Re-framing ADHD and taking a more strength-based approach.In this first solo episode back, Kate shares a snippet from one of her online workshops. what a waste of 20 minutes. im dosapppinted. the other episodes have been great. were the experts freely giving you their knowledge and information? because its now being charged through this package youre offering. as.someone who has struggled with pmdd, adhd, and autism -id give this all for free. knpwledge is power and of anyone shpuld be worried abot finances ot should be me. but theres no way id take/market for money from people suffering. and i do say suffering because i have and know soany women who have and still do. they contonie to because this information is hidden away behind this gatekeep. disappointing.
