As a young woman growing up sec was something I used to have a very warped perception of and although a lot of fun was had as I’ve matured into my womanhood and traversed through a number of relationships, particularly my marriage of 11 years and now inside of my current relationship sexuality as a whole has become so rewarding and so much deeper that I would have ever expected. This conversation is a very open one that I know will benefit anyone on relationships. Particularly if you are a woman who feels disconnected from your sexuality, if you feel like your sex is performative rather than intimate and rewarding for you, this episode is a must listen all the way to the end. It is more common for us to yearn to be understood than it is to devote ourselves to understanding others. True healing however only takes place when we return to LOVE and you cannot return to this place and heal in yourself with a determination to judge, blame or shame somebody else. Not only are you jailing the person you are determined too misunderstand but you simultaneously jail yourself. You keep yourself cast under the spell of pain when ultimately your healing can take place right now should you choose to walk the path of understanding. It is said that when you heal, you heal up to 7 generations to follow and the largest form of healing comes from cleaning up the trauma and residue when it comes to those who cause you the most pain. While forgiveness involves intention to let go of resentment and anger, yes this is a wonderful first step, the deeper and permanent healing comes when we choose to understand around us. This is why duality is an absolutely essential part of life. Without the highs and the lows we are not allowing ourself a place to turn back to love. With only “easy” and “joyful” experiences it is likely we would act from ego, greed or other. Duality must exist as a pathway to our ultimate healing and freedom. The worst feeling in the world is to be misunderstood. Relationships fall apart when we choose not to understand the people around us. The greatest gift you can give another human is curiosity with an open heart. Understanding beyond logic and trauma. To look deeply into someones eyes and soul and to allow them to feel your intent to love unconditionally is what we are here to do in this lifetime. With loveJess ♥️

It just isn’t. This week we explore this current state of the world, internet and our homes. The money isn’t freedom. True freedom is when you have no flow of money and still feel the freedom. If your false perception is that money is the answer… you are dead wrong. Your identity isn’t whole when you attach it to your income / wealth status or asset pool. The true currency of life has nothing to do with money. Yes we need it. And yes I desire a lot of it to help others but the true joy of life is only ever found within…. This is an internal game.
