Join me, Heidi Phillips, and sometimes -my husband, Dr. David Phillips as we explore the aging journey thru various topics with aging athletes, medical professionals and other experts in their field. As aging athletes ourselves, we have a unique perspective on what happens as we age. Having been swimmers, runners and triathletes as well as on the coaching side of things, including working with beginners, and raising athletic children, we plan to cover a variety of topics from mindset to self-care and even nutrition.
