When was the last time you disapproved of someone else?
Did you disapprove of their behaviour or their entire worth as a human being?
It was their behaviour right?
You don't disapprove of someone's worth and neither do other people.
And even if they do say you're worthless, they're lashing out to try and make themselves feel better.
Either way, it's not true.
Nothing can take away your worth .
You were born worthy.
You were born enough.
You are worthy.
You are enough.
