This is my favorite podcast. I tried therapy once and it was very uncomfortable, I felt like I was being judged and studied. I have stuggled with anxiety my whole life and got to the point that I thought my anxiety wasn't "normal anxiety" because it was so different from what I saw in TV and movies. You are so relatable. while listening to these episodes I find my self saying "omg yeeeeeessss!!" You are able to explain in words the crazy feelings that I have and it's nice to know that it's not just me.

Thank you for addressing that anxiety doesn't always look like it does in the movies. So many people don't understand that sometimes my inability to do something is anxiety because it doesn't look like what the media portrays anxiety as. 🤗
