This podcast episode came about after a conversation with one of my best friends where she referred to herself as being "Under Construction". I have had lot of titles over my life, until I was forced into a 2 year period of living without definition. What emerged from this time "Under Construction" was a stronger understanding of who I am as a Soul & who I am as a Spirit.
