Dear Feel Love Now Community,Not every ache in the heart is about the person or situation we think it is. Swami Shankarananda reminds us that true healing doesn’t come from blaming or fixing what’s outside—it comes from turning inward with love. Here’s one of our favorite quotes from the video:“Swami Shankarananda says this, ‘every ache in our heart, it's not what we think it's about. It's not about anyone else’. And so to just love ourselves so much that whatever the ache in our heart is, and so this could be in relation to something that we experienced in a relationship, it could be going back to childhood, it could be something we experienced as an adult. It could be something we experience looking out on the world.“Every ache in our heart, it's not what we think about. It's not about anyone else. And so if you can turn within to yourself, and the basic question is, how may I give myself love and understanding? That's the basic question always."We also shared this video on YouTube, but wanted you to be able to have it on your Substack video player as well, in case you prefer that.Having it on Substack makes it easy for you to see any other podcasts, videos, articles, or full meditation services that might be available in the How to Feel Connected by clicking here.If you have heard this teaching before, we invite you — as Swami so often invites us — to hear it as if you are hearing it for the first time. Dear Feel Love Now Community,When we’re moving through loss or deep emotional pain, it’s easy to see life through the lens of limitation. In this teaching, Swami Nityananda reflects on the disciples’ heartbreak—how even in the presence of the risen Christ, they couldn’t recognize him. They were downcast and amazed, unable to see that what they longed for was already walking beside them. It’s a powerful reminder: sometimes, the light we seek isn’t far away—it’s already here, asking to be seen with new eyes. Here’s one of our favorite quotes from the video:“The disciples are seeing with human vision. The people who love Jesus are seeing with human vision. They're seeing in terms of limits, they're seeing in terms of human hurt. They're seeing in terms of human pain, they're seeing in terms of loss, and that's what they're seeing.”So they're not able to see in the midst of their feeling downcast and amazed that what they're looking for is already walking there, right with them."We also shared this video on YouTube, but wanted you to be able to have it on your Substack video player as well, in case you prefer that.Having it on Substack makes it easy for you to see any other podcasts, videos, articles, or full meditation services that might be available in the How to Feel Connected by clicking here.If you have heard this teaching before, we invite you — as Swami so often invites us — to hear it as if you are hearing it for the first time. That's just an indicator. So if you have a feeling of anger, if you have a feeling of judgment, if you have a feeling of reaction, if you know that you feel triggered, that's an indication that you're being invited to look within and just say, how would I like to heal myself in relation to this?“It's not that you're endorsing the thinking, it's not that you're endorsing the behavior. You're just saying, I love myself so much. That I am taking sovereignty over my energy field. Someone heard me say that recently and they said, oh, that's healthy boundaries.”So if you like that language better, you're choosing to exercise healthy boundaries and you're just saying to yourself, I can't control that person was discourteous to me. I can choose. How would I like to respond? And you notice the shift.” We recently shared this video on YouTube, but wanted you to be able to have it on your Substack video player as well, in case you prefer that.Having it on Substack makes it easy for you to see any other podcasts, videos, articles, or full meditation services that might be available in the Truth, Love, & Justice Series by clicking here.If you have heard this teaching before, we invite you — as Swami so often invites us — to hear it as if you are hearing it for the first time. Dear Feel Love Now Community,When life changes in a way that feels like there's no going back, it’s easy to get stuck in fear. But spiritual practice invites us to meet that fear with honesty—and offer it to the Divine. As light moves through us, we begin to see that joy isn’t on the other side of change—it can rise right in the heart of it. Even fear can become a doorway to something deeper, brighter, and more true. Here’s one of our favorite quotes from the video:“For each of us where we have felt that irrevocable change, that irrevocable shift, that irrevocable, ‘well, there's no going back to that’. ”The question is how can I open, allow the boulder to be rolled away from the tomb and allow the light to move through me in a way that shows the light is deeper than anything that I have ever experienced. And so what happens then is fear is able to be transformed into joy. ”So for each of us, to be honest where we feel the fear, but to offer it to the divine and let it be transformed into joy, let it be transformed into light."We also shared this video on YouTube, but wanted you to be able to have it on your Substack video player as well, in case you prefer that.Having it on Substack makes it easy for you to see any other podcasts, videos, articles, or full meditation services that might be available in the How to Feel Connected by clicking here.If you have heard this teaching before, we invite you — as Swami so often invites us — to hear it as if you are hearing it for the first time. Dear Feel Love Now Community,What if peace didn’t depend on things changing around you? This teaching reminds us that our power lies in how we direct our energy—not in what others do or what life looks like on the surface. Even anger can be transformed into creative force when guided by love. As Swami Shankarananda teaches, your connection to infinite light shapes your reality more than anything outside you. Happiness is already within—it’s who you are. Here’s one of our favorite quotes from the video:“Anytime you find your human self feeling something like anger notice and just say, I choose to direct that energy with my creative consciousness for highest good. I choose to direct that energy in ways that uplift myself and make upliftment available for anyone who resonates with upliftment the way that it shares through me.“And he [Swami Shankarananda] also says, no one has the power to take from you your ability to acquire anything for which you have the capacity to acquire. And so what this means is far more powerful than anything in time and space is the connection that each of us has with infinite light and supreme love. That is what creates what we experience in time and space.“So I think we often flip it. We often think things have to change in time and space for me to feel happy, for me to feel successful, for me to feel at peace. The yogis reverse that. They say from within yourself, happiness is here. It's natural to each of us."We also shared this video on YouTube, but wanted you to be able to have it on your Substack video player as well, in case you prefer that.Having it on Substack makes it easy for you to see any other podcasts, videos, articles, or full meditation services that might be available in the How to Feel Connected by clicking here.If you have heard this teaching before, we invite you — as Swami so often invites us — to hear it as if you are hearing it for the first time. Dear Feel Love Now Community,When we dwell on others’ harmful behavior, we unintentionally bring that same energy into our own hearts. Swami Shankarananda reminds us that true strength is choosing clarity, peace, and light—even in the face of pain or injustice. Loving ourselves means not carrying enmity, but staying connected to the light within. When we allow every experience to deepen our connection to that light, even worry begins to dissolve. Here’s one of our favorite quotes from the video:“[Swami Shankarananda] He says, if I'm focusing on someone else's filthy behavior, unintentionally, I'm bringing filthiness into my own energy field. I'm bringing filthiness into my own consciousness, and so I love myself so much that I will have the awareness.”I will keep the wisdom, I will keep the clarity. I will keep the ability to be present and engaged and to nobly share light using my talents and my skill sets in the way that the Divine wants to share light through me, and I will respectfully decline to carry enmity around in my consciousness. And I will respectfully decline to carry anything other than light around in my consciousness. And so no matter what it is that we experience, if we allow all things to help us go deeper into light, worry will melt away."We also shared this video on YouTube, but wanted you to be able to have it on your Substack video player as well, in case you prefer that.Having it on Substack makes it easy for you to see any other podcasts, videos, articles, or full meditation services that might be available in the Heaven on Earth Series by clicking here.If you have heard this teaching before, we invite you — as Swami so often invites us — to hear it as if you are hearing it for the first time. Dear Feel Love Now Community,The yogic and Taoist traditions remind us that love is always present—and where love is, fear cannot remain. If you’re feeling reactive or anxious, take it as a gentle cue from the Divine: a reminder to return to the deeper current of peace and reconnect with the heaven within. You are never far from the flow of love. Here’s one of our favorite quotes from the video:“And one of the things that Yogis say, this is also consistent with Tao teachings as well, at the center of our being, there's always quiet available. There's always love available. And so even if it seems like the winds have changed, are blowing, it seems like the winds are changed, are howling, there's always quiet.“Right at the core of our being. And so for each of us to connect with that quiet and to gain self-awareness and self-mastery, to know that if love is present, fear is not present. And so it's also just your reminder if you become aware of an invitation to enter into the feeling of fear or reactivity in any way.“It's just a reminder. It's just a cue that the divine is giving you to step back into that flow of love and that dedication to being of love."We also shared this video on YouTube, but wanted you to be able to have it on your Substack video player as well, in case you prefer that.Having it on Substack makes it easy for you to see any other podcasts, videos, articles, or full meditation services that might be available in the Heaven on Earth Series by clicking here.If you have heard this teaching before, we invite you — as Swami so often invites us — to hear it as if you are hearing it for the first time. Dear Feel Love Now Community,In moments of crisis, something deeper than fear often takes over—love. This meditation reminds us that the energy of love can move us beyond limits we thought we had, even when our bodies or minds say we can't.Inside each of us is a strength the mind often overlooks, but the heart knows it's there. When love leads, we often find we are more powerful than we believed. Here’s one of our favorite quotes from the video:“I saw this little video clip. It’s a story I checked out this morning that happened about two years ago. It’s a true story. It happened in Philadelphia. A man got a phone call from his sister saying that their Mom was in her high-rise apartment building—19-floor apartment building.”She’s on floor 15. There’s a fire in the building. She can’t get out of the building. So the man rushes to the building and he tries to go in the door and the police and the fire department won’t let him in. They say the elevator’s not working.”He says, ‘That’s fine, I’ll take the stairs.’ They say, ‘I’m sorry, sir, you can’t do that.’ He goes up 15 floors on the outside of the building. He climbed 15 floors up the outside of the building. When you talk to him later, he says, it was my Mom. Of course I was going to do what I needed to do to check and make sure that my Mom was okay.”Earlier that day, he had fractured his hip. He climbed 15 floors up, checked out his Mom—she was absolutely fine. By that time the fire was contained. He had to climb 15 floors back down. There was an understanding officer who said to him something like, ‘Sir, if you stay, I will be obliged to arrest you. If you leave I will not.’ ”Then later, the clip showed him with his Mom and they had their arms around each other. His Mom was like, ‘I’m not surprised. He does what he needs to do.’ This is the energy of love that is within each of us. We have so much strength that our conscious mind usually does not allow us to be aware of.”We also shared this video on YouTube, but wanted you to be able to have it on your Substack video player as well, in case you prefer that.Having it on Substack makes it easy for you to see any other podcasts, videos, articles, or full meditation services that might be available in the Heaven on Earth Series by clicking here.If you have heard this teaching before, we invite you — as Swami so often invites us — to hear it as if you are hearing it for the first time. Dear Feel Love Now Community,If you’ve been chasing peace but still feel unsettled, this teaching offers a gentle reminder: true happiness begins within.Spiritual masters from many traditions agree—when we’re fully present and willing to purify our heart and mind, peace naturally arises. It’s not about fixing everything outside us, but about returning to the stillness inside. Fulfillment lives in this moment, not in the next achievement or solution. Here’s one of our favorite quotes from the video:“What the teachers say—Jesus says this, the yogic teachings say this, the Buddha says this, the one who is awake says this—is that it is only if I am living in the present moment, only if I am purifying my heart and purifying my mind, that I will feel happy; that I will feel fulfilled; that I will feel lastingly satisfied.”So if I want to feel happy, that means my task is to be present in this moment and to purify my heart and to purify my mind.”We also shared this video on YouTube, but wanted you to be able to have it on your Substack video player as well, in case you prefer that.Having it on Substack makes it easy for you to see any other podcasts, videos, articles, or full meditation services that might be available in the Heaven on Earth Series by clicking here.If you have heard this teaching before, we invite you — as Swami so often invites us — to hear it as if you are hearing it for the first time. Dear Feel Love Now Community,When you ask, “How may I be of service?” the Divine begins to move through you. Swami Shankarananda teaches that true happiness arises when we live in service to others—what yogis call Karma Yoga. Modern science now confirms what the ancient teachings have long known: service brings meaning, connection, and fulfillment. If you’re seeking purpose or joy, begin by offering your presence, your care, your love. In serving others, we awaken to the deepest truths within ourselves. Here’s one of our favorite quotes from the video:“Swami Shankarananda also says this: ‘Both heaven and hell are states of consciousness. Heaven is the God-consciousness of unconditional love and perfection whereas hell is the ego-consciousness of negativity and self-limitation.’ That is from his Satsang book if you would like to read more about that. ”What that means is my choices are determining whether I live in unconditional love and perfection or whether I live in what he calls negativity and self-limitation.”So, it’s up to me. Think about how powerful and creative, how beautiful and pure that makes each of us as creators of our own energy, of our own experience in time and space. And again, it has beneficial effects on everyone we encounter in any way.”We also shared this video on YouTube, but wanted you to be able to have it on your Substack video player as well, in case you prefer that.Having it on Substack makes it easy for you to see any other podcasts, videos, articles, or full meditation services that might be available in the Heaven on Earth Series by clicking here.If you have heard this teaching before, we invite you — as Swami so often invites us — to hear it as if you are hearing it for the first time. So, naturally, from a human standpoint, there are these, you could call them calls from the heart of humans.”So many things are changing in my life, in my body, in my emotions, in my mind, in my family, in my workplace, in my country, in the world, and how can I meet that change from a place of gracefulness and wisdom and openness and allowing. That’s our basic question. Another thing: I love the Octavia Butler quote you started with and I take it as not contradictory.” [ACHARYA KASHI:] “I don’t think it’s contradictory. I think that on the surface it seems contradictory because she says, ‘God is change.’ The Upanishads say, ‘God is changeless.’ It requires wisdom to know that they are saying the same thing.” [SWAMI NITYANANDA:] “Yeah, agree. So, Swami Shankarananda, I think he says, ‘Change is the gift of the changeless.’ The change comes and the changeless is there right in the midst of the change. When we’re in contact with the changeless in the midst of change, it becomes more like surfing and less like drowning when we’re dealing with the waves of change.”We recently shared this video on YouTube, but wanted you to be able to have it on your Substack video player as well, in case you prefer that.Having it on Substack makes it easy for you to see any other podcasts, videos, articles, or full meditation services that might be available in the Truth, Love, & Justice Series by clicking here.If you have heard this teaching before, we invite you — as Swami so often invites us — to hear it as if you are hearing it for the first time. Dear Feel Love Now Community,Heaven and hell aren’t far-off places—they’re inner states we step into through our thoughts, choices, and awareness. Swami Shankarananda reminds us that when we choose love, clarity, and kindness, we step into heaven. When we cling to self-judgment or fear, we reinforce limitation. The power to shift your experience is already within you. What energy are you choosing today? Dear Feel Love Now Community,Feeling stuck or mentally cluttered? This teaching reminds us that our inner world shapes our experience far more than outer circumstances.Every thought is an invitation—am I creating flow or friction? Peace or pressure? When we choose love, clarity, and goodwill, we align with the energy of heaven—right here, right now. Here’s one of our favorite quotes from the video:“Any time we have a thought, just notice: Is that a pure thought? Is it a thought that helps me feel as if I am living in heaven right now?”The energy of love—the energy of unconditional, universal kindness and respect and goodwill, the energy of pure life force that we were connecting with in our opening meditation—that’s the energy of the kingdom of heaven.”We know how it feels. We know how it feels in our own hearts. It feels amazing. There’s a sweetness. There’s a simplicity. There’s an openness. There’s a clarity. Of course wisdom and discernment are present, we just naturally have this awareness.”So that’s what it feels like to be in that energy of the kingdom of heaven. Swami Shankarananda says, ‘By our negative and selfish thoughts and desires, we create our own hell.’”So you can just notice: Are my thoughts and desires creating a feeling of a traffic jam? If I am resisting myself in some way, if I am obstructing myself in some way, I’m actually creating the feeling of a traffic jam in the flow of energy within me. That will make it feel as if I am in hell. Nothing changing externally. Same conditions. Same circumstances. It’s: Where are my thoughts and feelings? Where are my desires? Where are my choices?”We also shared this video on YouTube, but wanted you to be able to have it on your Substack video player as well, in case you prefer that.Having it on Substack makes it easy for you to see any other podcasts, videos, articles, or full meditation services that might be available in the Heaven on Earth Series by clicking here.If you have heard this teaching before, we invite you — as Swami so often invites us — to hear it as if you are hearing it for the first time. Dear Feel Love Now Community,Pain is part of being human, but suffering doesn’t have to be. The yogic and Buddhist teachings remind us that while we may not avoid the first arrow of pain, we can choose not to shoot the second arrow of self-blame, judgment, or regret. Noticing what we feel is the first step to transformation. With awareness, we can respond to life’s challenges with clarity, compassion, and healing. Moment by moment, we can choose a new way to relate to pain with wisdom instead of wounding. Here’s one of our favorite quotes from Swami Nityananda“The classic yogic teachings exist in order to help humans heal self-blame, self-judgment, the feeling of confusion, of conflict that can arise. There’s this innocence in all of us which sort of like, ‘That hurt, where did that come from? Why is that here?’”The yogic teachings and the Buddha’s teachings, as well, help us just let go of self-blame, let go of self-judgment, and go directly to the energy of the solution—go directly to the energy of healing. ”One of the classic stories that’s told by the Buddha, the one who is awake, involves two arrows. What he says is that an ordinary, run-of-the-mill human who doesn’t know the teachings of truth, if they experience pain, it is as if an arrow is shot at them and they experience that arrow of physical pain, but it is as if another second arrow is shot at them and then they experience mental pain as well.”The mental pain—the words that he uses to describe this—he says, ‘The second arrow makes that human grieve and lament and sorrow and beat his breasts and become distraught.’ So, he feels two pains: physical and mental. He also says—just break this down—that every human is going to experience pain.”If you feel the arrow, address the arrow, but don’t let there be a second arrow. What he’s saying is: It’s in my power to choose how I respond to the pain that I experience.”We recently shared this video on YouTube, but wanted you to be able to have it on your Substack video player as well, in case you prefer that.Having it on Substack makes it easy for you to see any other podcasts, videos, articles, or full meditation services that might be available in the Truth, Love, & Justice Series by clicking here.If you have heard this teaching before, we invite you — as Swami so often invites us — to hear it as if you are hearing it for the first time. Dear Feel Love Now Community,Many of us have been taught that a quiet mind is the goal of meditation. But the mind’s movement isn’t a mistake. Thoughts are part of being human. Instead of fearing them, what if we welcomed them with playfulness and curiosity, like a child jumping joyfully into a pile of leaves?Meditation isn’t about stopping the mind; it’s about transforming our relationship with it. You don’t need to silence your thoughts to find peace. You just need to meet them with kindness. Here’s one of our favorite quotes from the video:“In my own experience of meditation practice, I was thinking of leaves. I actually had a vision of a little child jumping into a pile of leaves and celebrating the leaves. ”It actually saddens me that how we have spoken about meditation and how we—many of us—have taught about meditation, is that we have made a problem of our thoughts. It’s a boogeyman. Somehow we think we are supposed to get rid of our thoughts and that horrible monkey mind. ”What happens in that dynamic of a relationship with a wandering mind? The mind wanders. That’s the nature of the mind. Let’s stop trying to get the mind to do something that it’s not meant to do or keep it from doing what it’s meant to do. It’s just the mind. Let’s transform our relationship with all of those thoughts. They’re just thoughts for goodness sake.”We also shared this video on YouTube, but wanted you to be able to have it on your Substack video player as well, in case you prefer that.Having it on Substack makes it easy for you to see any other podcasts, videos, articles, or full meditation services that might be available in the Embodied Master by clicking here.If you have heard this teaching before, we invite you — as Swami so often invites us — to hear it as if you are hearing it for the first time. Dear Feel Love Now Community,When we feel distant from the Divine, scripture can become a mirror. Each character reflecting something within us. Swami Shankarananda taught that the magi represent the part of us that longs to offer what is most precious, while Herod reveals the ego’s fear of the light we carry. And yet, within each of us is also the child of light, innocent, radiant, and divine. You haven’t lost your connection; it’s simply waiting beneath the noise, inviting you to return with reverence. Here’s one of our favorite quotes from the video:“No doubt, we have heard this passage before, but for each of us, listen with a fresh heart. One of the teachings that Swami Shankarananda loved to share was that all the characters in scripture speak to an aspect of ourselves. “So as we listen, an aspect of ourselves is magi. It’s the magi. It’s asking, ‘What in me is most beautiful and good and precious that I can offer to the Divine?’ There’s also, potentially, an aspect of me that is Jesus, this little child of light. “So, for each of us, to give that little child of light in ourselves to be here and to see how incredibly precious and beautiful that little child of light is that is here. There’s also a reference to Herod in this passage. Herod represents the ego that is really afraid of the arrival of this little child of light. “So if there’s any aspect within myself that is afraid in relation to the arrival of this little child of light, then this meditation will help me to transform that and to bow to the little child of light.”We also shared this video on YouTube, but wanted you to be able to have it on your Substack video player as well, in case you prefer that.Having it on Substack makes it easy for you to see any other podcasts, videos, articles, or full meditation services that might be available in the Embodied Master by clicking here.If you have heard this teaching before, we invite you — as Swami so often invites us — to hear it as if you are hearing it for the first time. Dear Feel Love Now Community,What we put into the world comes back to us. Not as punishment, but as reflection. Just like a canyon echoes our voice without judgment, the universe mirrors our consciousness with the same neutrality. If we want peace, we must send out peace. True transformation asks us to let the fire of awareness melt away the inner patterns, our samskaras, that keep us in chaos. Moment by moment, we can choose a new state of being, and return to the stillness that reveals who we really are. Here’s one of our favorite quotes from Acharya Kashi“We must each meet what we put out in consciousness. So the city itself has been putting out violence. It’s been putting out greed and jealousy and fear. The story is just making visible: We meet what we put out. “We can imagine cosmic law in this way. If I go to a canyon and I yell into that canyon, ‘Olly olly oxen free,’ the canyon is going to give me back, ‘Olly olly oxen free.’ No judgment in that. It’s just giving me what I put out. Or if I go into that canyon and I say, ‘You suck!’ The canyon is going to give me back, ‘You suck.’ No judgment at all. “So, justice, from the perspective of cosmic law works the same way. Whatever we’re putting out we’re getting back and there’s absolutely no judgment in that. That’s what the story of Sodom and Gomorrah is making visible to us. It’s also making visible to us that those energy patterns that can create the unsteady mind must be burned in what the yogis call the fire of transformation. “So, that’s what happens to that city. Through that process, all of it is decimated. They say it’s flattened. Swami described this years ago and it stuck with me: Samskaras in the brain are like grooves in ice. If you’ve ever been ice skating, they have a Zamboni that comes across the ice and smooths those grooves. The fire of transformation works in the exact same way. It helps to heal those patterns—those samskaras—that lead to the unsteady mind within us.”We recently shared this video on YouTube, but wanted you to be able to have it on your Substack video player as well, in case you prefer that.Having it on Substack makes it easy for you to see any other podcasts, videos, articles, or full meditation services that might be available in the Truth, Love, & Justice Series by clicking here.If you have heard this teaching before, we invite you — as Swami so often invites us — to hear it as if you are hearing it for the first time. Dear Feel Love Now Community,Every time you choose to align with your heartfelt intention, you’re strengthening it, not just for yourself, but for the whole world. Peace isn’t something you have to find outside of you; it’s something you reconnect with by choosing it, moment by moment. Your sincere presence matters.True belonging and peace begins when you accept your own light and share it freely. Here’s one of our favorite quotes from the video:“Just know that every time you share that gift of your own heartfelt purity, your own heartfelt sincerity, what you’re doing is you’re helping to energize that for yourself. ”But, for example, say that you wrote something like ‘peaceful presence’ on your heartfelt intention, you’re not only helping energize peaceful presence for yourself, you’re helping energize peaceful presence for the planet, for the whole world.”You make peaceful presence increasingly available for everyone who longs for peaceful presence any time you make that choice.”We also shared this video on YouTube, but wanted you to be able to have it on your Substack video player as well, in case you prefer that.Having it on Substack makes it easy for you to see any other podcasts, videos, articles, or full meditation services that might be available in the Embodied Master by clicking here.If you have heard this teaching before, we invite you — as Swami so often invites us — to hear it as if you are hearing it for the first time. Dear Feel Love Now Community,"All that matters is what God wants." These words, spoken by Swami Shankarananda in his final days, hold a profound truth. Our existence—every breath, every moment—is a gift from the Divine. To recognize this is to let go of fear and surrender fully to love. How can we open our hearts so completely that the Divine flows effortlessly through us? This is the invitation: to serve, to love, and to trust that we are always held by something greater than ourselves. Here’s one of our favorite quotes from the video:“He [Swami Shankarananda] says this, ‘this is where the healing comes in. I will love you in spite of yourself.’ You can hear the humor in that. I will love myself in spite of myself because nothing feels better than self-love because there's no room for separation, negativity, and limitation. So, if you become aware of anything other than love, he says the solution for that is to love.“So, if you become aware that you are feeling cut off from a feeling of love, turn within to the source of love and connect with a source of all the love in the universe, which is with you and within you. And then allow that to fill you completely. And, so I will also just say, this is something that we're not inviting ourselves to look outside of ourselves for. We're inviting ourselves to feel it from within.”We also shared this video on YouTube, but wanted you to be able to have it on your Substack video player as well, in case you prefer that.Having it on Substack makes it easy for you to see any other podcasts, videos, articles, or full meditation services that might be available in the Embodied Master by clicking here.If you have heard this teaching before, we invite you — as Swami so often invites us — to hear it as if you are hearing it for the first time. Dear Feel Love Now Community,The feeling of negativity can feel overwhelming, but it’s important to remember that emotions are just energy, they can shift and transform. In this short talk, Swami Nityananda explore how to release the grip of inner criticism or negativity by allowing our emotions to move through us. Instead of holding onto judgment, we can choose to embrace the flow of our feelings and create space for positivity and healing. Let this message remind you that you have the power to change your emotional state, one step at a time. For the full meditation service including the Devotee's Prayer: https://bit.ly/3RhudebHere’s one of our favorite quotes from the video:“He [Swami Shankarananda] talks in this teaching about how our attention is so powerful and creative that if I use my energy of trust to focus on what is negative, that’s what will come to me. I will seem to get proof of the power of negativity. ”He says I can also choose at any moment to take that energy of trust and direct it towards positivity and that will give me confirmation of positivity. He talks about, take any negative trust and transform it into positive trust. ”Anywhere that you’ve been focusing on negativity—the same energy—just direct it towards positivity.”We also shared this video on YouTube, but wanted you to be able to have it on your Substack video player as well, in case you prefer that.Having it on Substack makes it easy for you to see any other podcasts, videos, articles, or full meditation services that might be available in the Power to Change Series by clicking here.If you have heard this teaching before, we invite you — as Swami so often invites us — to hear it as if you are hearing it for the first time.
