The BASAC team was excited and honored to have interviewed Jennifer Holleman for The BASAC View podcast. Jennifer’s daughter Madison was lured into sex trafficking and ultimately passed away in a car crash in Edmonton. This part 2 of a 2 part interview.
In this episode Amber sits down with Jennifer Holleman. In 2015, Jennifer's daughter Madison was killed in a car crash. It was at this point that Jennifer learned that her daughter was being sex trafficked. In the years leading up to Madison's death Jennifer knew something wasn't right but was unable to help her daughter. Krista has been an advocate not just for Ashley, but for the Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women movement. She has a walk across Canada planned in early 2022 to bring awareness to this cause and to make sure Ashley's memory is never forgotten #MMIW
