My interview with Crystal yesterday! Follow her on Twitter: @AutieBuilder                           Instagram: @AutieBuilder                           Website: Autistic Bodybuilding

This was actually the first episode - it was a comedy of errors but I had a great time! It was a pleasure to interview her! I had her speak many times and was very excited!  You can find Bree on Twitter and Instagram under @obrewan, so thank you all for listening!

Just going through the last week or so, getting some things off my chest

This episode was entirely spur of the moment. We were talking and it just started going. I believe that we could have spoke a lot longer but I didn't want to put it at longer than an hour. Fredrick spke to me about his history, his background, his feelings on being an advocate and the times we're living in. A lot of this stemmed off John Lewis' funeral today. I'm super appreciative that Fredrick was about to do this with me. Hope you enjoy it!
