This week on The Bliss Project Podcast, we are thrilled to share with you Episode 39: Allowing Music To Be a Guiding Force with Grammy Nominated Composer and Artist Cheryl B. Engelhardt. Cheryl is a GRAMMY®-Nominated New Age Composer and Recording Artist. She has been a musician for as long as she can remember. But it wasn't always New Age (or was it???) - she’s made music for commercials, trailers, films, meditation apps, and social justice choirs plus her own four pop records, all before landing inside New Age. The reason she writes music - usually while she is having some sort of experience like traveling cross country on a train or stuck in a half-abandoned mountain town in Greece - is to ground, center, relax, and empower listeners so they can have their own experience. Cheryl is also a  trauma-informed master coach and uses that skill set to mentor other independent musicians as well, in her mastermind AMPLIFY. In this episode we discuss: Cheryl’s background in music and what led her to where she is today. How music has been a guiding force in her life. How her passion and career in music have evolved over the years.  What inspired her journey to become a trauma-informed master coach and how this work has played into her music career.  How her own personal and spiritual journey led her into making her first New Age Album.  How a train trip across the country to heal her grief birthed her Grammy-nominated Album The Passenger. The amazing moment she found out she was nominated for a Grammy. Her vision and knowing that she would one day be nominated. Her own daily practices and commitment to her own spiritual journey. Welcome to The Bliss Project Podcast!  In today’s episode, we chat with our wonderful guest, Erin Ward from The Class. IN A WORLD THAT FORCES US TO SUPPRESS HOW WE FEEL, THE CLASS ENCOURAGES EMOTIONAL RELEASE The Class is a fun and challenging workout that combines strength training, cardio, and mindfulness to help you feel better. Through continued practice, students develop tools to empower their life, along with an incredibly strong, resilient, body. The result: a mental clearing and emotional release. Founded and created by Taryn Toomey, she learned early on that her internal compass was grounded in her ability to self-regulate with movement and music. Driven by a sense of connection to spirit, she immersed herself in different rituals, ceremonies, prayer, spiritual traditions, and psychotherapy work, unknowingly seeding the foundation for what would later become The Class.  As a Teacher of The Class, Erin's classes are born out of a deep reverence for the miraculous and mysterious nature of the body and what it contains. There was a time when she saw her body as something she needed to fix, change, and shape. Through spiritual practice and dedication to love, she now moves and teaches from the wonder and awe of what it means to be here—alive and embodied. She hopes students leave her classes feeling wrapped in an ignited cocoon of self-love, trust, and empowerment after having moved their vessel in a way that contacts their own mystery and miracle. In this episode we discuss: What exactly is The Class and why this is her favorite question to answer How she became involved with The Class and one of its first instructors here in Los Angeles The Powerful community that The Class has built The Class founder Taryn Toomey and where her vision for The Class was birthed from Erin’s own healing journey and evolution with The Class How The Class grew through the online platform during the pandemic The different offerings and variations to take the practice of The Class deeper The freedom The Class offers through movement, sound and the ability to be real The opening of the LA studio, today Sept. 15th, 2022, in Santa Monica and the beauty that is this space Learn more about Erin and The Class here: www.theclass.com @theclass www.erinward.com @erin_rose_ward *BONUS* The Class has been generous enough to offer our listeners Promo Code BLISS for the opportunity to get 2 free in-studio classes (in LA or NYC) or a 30-day trial to the Digital Studio. Welcome to The Bliss Project Podcast!  In today’s episode, we chat with our friend, Dustin James. Dustin is an Intuitive. Clairvoyant. Energy Reader.  If you have ever wanted to know more about how the energy dynamics we all carry affect us and how they interact with those around us, this episode is for you.   He is not only passionate about his gifts and abilities in the art of clairvoyance (seeing the energy dynamics around people, places, and things). he also cares deeply about the connections he gets to make along the way.  As an energy reader, his goal is to illuminate and inspire as many people on the planet in a positive way. He does this by using natural clairvoyants (clear vision) and strong intuition. One of the most special gifts Dustin's been given is to read the energy dynamics around people, places, and things. Seeing the energy and colors around others, first, helps him pinpoint blocks and brings clarity around personal relationships, career paths, or even why someone is blocked in getting where they need to go.  He has spent his life using his abilities to guide a wide range of individuals, business leaders, and has helped thousands of people scale their impact in the world. In this episode we discuss: How different energies live and exist in your space and where they come from or why they show up. How his gifts presented themselves early in his life and how he was able to cultivate them over time.   The different energy pools that exist and how we have a choice in how we want to move through them and evolve.  How the energy systems of our body pick up in things and the different ways it can show up depending on what level we are naturally vibrating at. How gaining insight on blocks we begin to shift and then are able to remove them. How the energy of the lesson by those closest to us can also affect our energy as they grow and evolve.  Learn more about Dustin here: Website: www.jamesintuitive.com IG: @mrjustinjames Learn More About The Bliss Project and Us: www.theblissproject777.com Connect with us here: theblissproject777@gmail.com Instagram: @TheBlissProject777 @noelteubner @msuar12 Join us each week for a new episode available on our website,  Breaker, Google Podcasts, Pocket Casts, RadioPublic, Spotify, and now iTunes! Welcome to The Bliss Project Podcast!  In today’s episode, we chat with our friend, Scott Kennedy. Scott is a certified laser/light specialist and health coach. In 2018, he started the first light therapy wellness center in New Jersey where he meet with clients from all walks of life, all ages, and with the gambit of issues: marathon runners with shin splints; bodybuilders with chronic shoulder pain;  weekend warriors with back tightness; and those suffering from autoimmune diseases, neuropathies, concussions, skin issues, anxiety, and depression. He began his journey when he suffered from peripheral neuropathy. He saw countless doctors and tried countless remedies with only limited relief. He went from running ultra marathons and boxing to being sedentary. He couldn’t even wear socks and shoes without burning pain and inflammation. If you are a person that uses physical activity to alleviate stress like him,  you know the inability to be as active as he wanted to be contributed to increased stress, anxiety, and depression. Needless to say, he was more than skeptical when he began using light therapy. The change took time but was incredible! Within 4 months of treatment, his symptoms decreased by over 80%. The improvements he felt from light therapy were life-altering. He is now back to running and boxing and living life. His goal is to now help others get back to doing what they enjoy in life, without pain, and without meds. He began LightpathLED home use panels for his clients who couldn’t see him on a regular basis or for those who were just too far away from his wellness center. He researched for months to find the right manufacturer that could take his ideas for wavelengths, power, size as well as his demands for safety and quality, and put together the best panel on the market.  LightpathLED now has panels that surpass the competition at a lower price point as well as panels with multiple wavelengths and pulsing, which no other company is doing. So whether you’re coming in for specialized treatment, or using our home use panels, his commitment is to your health and safety while keeping your budget in mind. In this episode we discuss: What is Light therapy, more specifically Red Light Therapy How Working in Dental health led to his research into Light therapy His personal journey and how Light Therapy has healed and changed his life Why he began his Wellness Center and Why he felt the need to create at-home devices Red Light, Blue Light, Green Light and how they all can assist in healing the body The different strengths of lights how different settings affect the body LoghtpathLED and the science behind their lights Connect with and learn more about Scott here:  Website: www.lightpathled.com  IG: @lightpathled To order your own personal Red light click here Learn More About The Bliss Project and Us: www.theblissproject777.com Connect with us here: theblissproject777@gmail.com Instagram: @TheBlissProject777 @noelteubner @msuar12 Music By Mark Adler
