Do your own research. The host may contain assets being discussed in the podcast and may have them on sale during the time the podcast is aired. This is not deliberate and only happens when the host already had them on sale before the time of engagement with the guest. In cases where an asset referenced by the host that is not for sale by the host, the host will not list the asset for sale for a time period earlier than 30 days from the date of the podcast airing.
