200 Episodes: Answering Your Bravo Questions

Legal team, in honor of our 200th episode, we thought it would be fun to answer your questions (from Instagram and Patreon) and give you our honest, unfiltered thoughts. We entertain some Bravo hypotheticals—which housewife would we love to represent in court? If we could subpoena the unedited footage from any single Bravo event, what would we choose and what would we hope it proves? Which housewives would we send to jail (for non criminal reasons)? And answer juicy questions like have we ever had a housewife reach out and be angry at our coverage? Who sent us a cease and desist letter? What topics do we stray away from? How do we feel about Erika now? And we also give Bravo some ideas on how they could partner with us in their content. Thank you all for your questions! We’ll do a part 2 soon! What’s on the docket? How we started the podcastPersonal updates since starting the podcastThe cases we wish we could have been involved inOur ideal housewife clientsWhat unedited footage we would subpoena from a Bravo event The non Bravo cases we would have loved to coverWhat case outcome we both disagree withOur continued frustrations with ErikaThe biggest mistake that Bravo housewives makeThe most shocking story we’ve coveredThe housewives we’d love to send to jailWho has reached out to us and been angry at our coverageThe bravo celeb we’re most cautious about speaking on because they’re litigiousTopics we stray away fromWhat our primary goal is for the podcast and our future plansAccess additional content and our Patreon here: https://zez.am/thebravodocket  The Bravo Docket podcast, the statements we make whether in our own media or elsewhere, and any content we post are for entertainment purposes only and do not provide legal advice. RHUGT: Kyle, Mauricio, and Jesse Lally

Legal team, we are continuing on in our Ultimate Girls Trip Roaring 20th series where we cover the various legal issues that each of the housewives involved in this show have been tied to. On the docket this week, we are moving from Teresa to Kyle…but really, Mauricio. Are they getting divorced or not? We give you guys an update on the case regarding the Sweetwater property, which then turned into this other case where there was a qui tam action that was filed (we’ll explain what that is). For our fans of The Valley, we get into the loan Michelle accussed Jesse of taking out and spending fraudulently. We break down what small business loans are used for, and speculate about what could happen to Jesse if the government found out he used his Economic Injury Disaster Loan to pay for personal, luxury expenses. We also touch on the Kim and Kyle eviction, and why we hate that photo being circulated right now. Leave Kim alone! What’s on the docket?Jesse Lally’s small business loanMichelle’s allegations against JesseOur thoughts on The ValleyWhat could happen if you spend the loan on personal expensesA recap of Mauricio's real estate lawsuitThe PPP qui tam action against Mauricio and The Agency Our thoughts on why Kyle and Mauricio aren’t getting divorcedRecap and update on the Kyle and Kim Richard’s evictionAccess additional content and our Patreon here: https://zez.am/thebravodocket  The Bravo Docket podcast, the statements we make whether in our own media or elsewhere, and any content we post are for entertainment purposes only and do not provide legal advice. RHUGT: Teresa Giudice Is Rewriting History

Legal team, on the docket this week we’re revisiting one of our favorite cases…because she just can’t stop saying that she did nothing wrong. Conspiracy to obtain mortgage loans through fraud and misrepresentations, bankruptcy fraud through concealment of assets and false declarations, and failure to file income taxes…of course, we are talking about Teresa Giudice, former cast member of Real Housewives of New Jersey and current cast member of Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip. This episode is the first part of a series we’re starting in conjunction with the RHUGT Roaring 20th. Bankruptcy, loan allegations, indictments, guilty plea sentencing, prison, Joe’s deportation…we’ve covered it all before. This will not be as in-depth as our previous episodes on Teresa, but we’ll be laying out the facts as we respond to what she’s been saying to the press (and on RHUGT), and reminding you of how it all went down back in 2014. We will not let her rewrite history and spin this false narrative that she was “made an example.” Previous episodes on Teresa linked below!Teresa & Joe Giudice: Part ITeresa & Joe Giudice: Part 2Teresa & Joe Giudice: Part 3What’s on the docket?Angela’s respect for TeresaCesie’s frustrations towards TeresaBackground of Teresa’s crimesTeresa’s recent press statementsThe difference between jail and prisonTeresa and Joe's discrepancies in their bankruptcy filingsTeresa’s malpractice claim against bankruptcy attorneyThe importance of clients telling their attorney the truthTeresa’s genuine defense theoryDetails of the indictmentWhat happens in a sentencing procedurePronouncement of the sentenceGia Giudice's comments about her dad’s deportation on Next Gen NYCWhy Joe was deportedOur thoughts on Trump pardoning the Chrisleys and not Teresa and JoeAccess additional content and our Patreon here: https://zez.am/thebravodocket  The Bravo Docket podcast, the statements we make whether in our own media or elsewhere, and any content we post are for entertainment purposes only and do not provide legal advice. The Chrisleys' Malpractice Lawsuit Against Former Defense Attorneys

Legal team, it’s been a little over a year since our last series on Todd and Julie Chrisley. In our previous episodes on the Chrisleys, we gave a detailed timeline on how everything unfolded, including how they became reality TV stars in the first place. Those episodes will be linked below. But in summary, the Chrisleys conspired with their former business partner to defraud Atlanta area community banks out of more than $30 million in personal loans, and they were fully convicted in a jury trial in 2023. In 2025, Todd and Julie were granted full executive pardons releasing them from federal custody. On the docket this week, we are discussing the federal malpractice lawsuit they filed this past June against their former defense attorneys, Balch & Bingham LLP and Chris Anulewicz. Todd and Julie are alleging that these lawyers failed to provide competent legal representation during their federal jury trial. We go through their complaint, what they are arguing, and point out the flaws in their case, including the use of the fruit of the poisonous tree doctrine related to the documents used as evidence to convict them. Chrisley Didn't Know BestThe Chrisley's Sentencing Part IThe Chrisley's Sentencing Part IIThe Chrisley Trial Files: What the Headlines MissedThe Chrisley Trial Files: What the Headlines Missed (Part 2)What’s on the docket? Our previous episodes on the ChrisleysWhat is a loan out companyRecap of federal jury trial and what they were charged withJulie’s “scrapbooking” fraudMark Braddock’s role as an informantTrial testimony updates on members of the Chrisley family (Nanny Faye, Lindsie, Kyle)Thoughts on Teresa Giudice's new interviews The Chrisleys v.
