This week we take the tour at UFF or Urban Farm Fermentary in Portland Maine. We sit down with the Bootch Master and his crew and learn the ins and outs of what they do.

This was a big one for us and you can hear the nurvousness in our voices. We took a private tour with D.L. and had some brews in the taisting room. Cant wait to do this again.. Cheers.

This is a very special Saint Patricks Day Episode with our little Irish friend "Half Pint". We quiz him on his Ireland trivia and enjoy some Irish American Beers.

Due to the overwelming responce from Episode #1 we decided to step it up a notch. This episode we went to Rising Tide Brewing Company in Portland Maine. We sat down with the beer savy Stasia Brewczynski, Rising Tides Taisting Room Manager to talk all things Rising Tide Beer. We also had a short sit down with Owner Nathan Sanborn and talked about his entry into brewing and whats next for Rising Tide.

In this first episode Brewman and Hopper and special guest Half Pint take on a selection of 5 Stouts plus Guiness as the control. Being the first of many podcasts to come there were a fiew technical difficulties but overal an amazing show.
