Matt has taken his whole business online with projections of creating a 6 figure incomeFor anyone who knows Matt they know he wears his heart on his sleeve and prides himself in his un apologetic attitude to his values. For anyone in the fitness or life coach industry this one is for you.

Daniels story is one straight out of a movie. From rolling down the side of a mountain with the driver ripped from the front of the car and thrown into the back while still being attached to his seat and barrel conscious Dan saw the possibility of death for the first time. The car then caught on fire as they climbed from the wreck…the rest of the story? You’ll have to listen to that and how this catalyst moment has shaped his perspective of life and a reminder to just how fragile life can be.
One of the most heart centred, congruent, caring, soul giving person I have known. I might be a little bias as she is one of my best friends and homies. We sat down on the eve of me moving to Bali to live and went in on the thought patterns that shape who we are and what we do. We also breakdown the Life Coach industry and how we feel as much as people want to help others sometimes they are not equipped to handle the wounds they open. Also trusting yourself to make the decision and following your passions as always is covered. Strap in, get comfy as these are the conversations I wish I had at a younger age.
