The Business of Africa

It is often opined that "Africa is the next frontier" of growth and development. Foreign direct investment and international projects in energy and finance are said to be the driving factors that will grow African markets. With this expected growth, it is clear that the continent has occupied the imagination of the global investment agenda. With this in mind, The Business of Africa Podcast was born. The podcast seeks to interrogate current and future investment prospects in an effort to connect the dots between growth and development. We ask questions that aim to build a rapport between the said investments and people on the ground. The Business of Africa is also about knowledge distribution and critical thinking. Hosted by renowned journalist Duduzile Ramela, the offering is nothing short of thought-provoking. With over 18 years of experience, Ramela brings to the team a wealth of knowledge, professionalism, and integrity. The growing economies of the African continent, many of them expecting GDP growth rates for years to come, present an exciting opportunity that requires vigilance to ensure that the people of Africa benefit in real terms.
