This is the fourth episode in Molly and Sara’s new podcast series Living Fearlessly. Each week, they will dive deeper into the things that we can all do to live fearlessly for ourselves and our soul growth. This week, Molly and Sara's topic is Living Fearlessly-Acceptance. They talk about accepting others for where they are at so we can begin to find the courage and strength to move forward and accept ourselves.Molly and Sara discuss how easily our focus can be shifted to what others are doing when we are not wanting to face what we are not doing for ourselves. People reflect back what we wish we were taking the time to do. We need to see others for where they are at and accept and support them along their journey. Then we can begin to focus on accepting ourselves.Jealousy, frustration, and judgement of others can get in the way of accepting others and ourselves for where we are at. We must remember that we all make decisions to move forward in our own time and in our own way. There are certain things that need to happen in our lives so that we can make decisions to move forward. No one person knows the end result of their life or anyone else’s life. The growth is in the lessons, not the victory.People are placed in certain points in our lives for growth. Those experiences with others help us to learn lessons so we can decide whether we would like to grow or not.Molly and Sara pose many questions about acceptance. If we forgive ourselves for where we are at and don’t get hung up on the past and what we wish we did, we can then take the steps to accept ourselves in this moment. Once we do that, we can be ready to look forward.Accepting change and letting go of control are scary things. But embracing the change and releasing the control can help us to accept others and ourselves so we can live fearlessly.Hosted by Sara Courtney and Molly RaheSubscribe to The Butterfly Kinection and receive a Free Membership to our Soul Reflection Challenge. https://tuneinwithmolly.kartra.com/page/TBKSubscribeFor more of The Butterfly Kinection, follow us on Facebook- https://www.facebook.com/groups/TheButterflyKinection/ Instagram-https://www.instagram.com/thebutterflykinection Pinterest-https://www.pinterest.com/butterflykinection/ Learn more about The Butterfly Kinection by visiting our website- http://www.thebutterflykinection.com Part of the Soul Searching Zone- http://www.soulsearchingzone.com/****************************************************Molly’s new solo podcast, SoulFessions, is available to listen on iTunes, iHeart Radio, Spotify, Soul Searching Zone, and her website. We can’t teach by example unless we are leading by example. Then we can help others to find what resonates.“Living fearlessly is about finding your purpose.”Molly talks about the greater thing and purpose she is supposed to be doing. She talks about her fear.We all have something to say. Our life stories are the things that we go through in life. We go through them not only so we can grow, but so that we can support others along their journey. In order to truly live fearlessly, we have to be willing to open up, let go of potential judgment and forgive ourselves."Where you are at in life is where we are meant to be."Hosted by Sara Courtney and Molly RaheSubscribe to The Butterfly Kinection and receive a Free Membership to our Soul Reflection Challenge. https://tuneinwithmolly.kartra.com/page/TBKSubscribeFor more of The Butterfly Kinection, follow us on Facebook- https://www.facebook.com/groups/TheButterflyKinection/ Instagram-https://www.instagram.com/thebutterflykinection Pinterest-https://www.pinterest.com/butterflykinection/ Learn more about The Butterfly Kinection by visiting our website- http://www.thebutterflykinection.com Part of the Soul Searching Zone- http://www.soulsearchingzone.com/****************************************************Molly’s new solo podcast, SoulFessions, is available to listen on iTunes, iHeart Radio, Spotify, Soul Searching Zone, and her website. This is the second episode in Molly and Sara’s new podcast series Living Fearlessly. Each week, they will dive deeper into the things that we can all do to live fearlessly for ourselves and our soul growth. This week, Molly and Sara discuss sympathy versus empathy. They talk about the differences between the two, the importance of having empathy towards others rather than sympathy, and and how we can live fearlessly with empathy.Molly and Sara give the definitions of sympathy and empathy and go in depth about each one. Being sympathetic is missing out on the opportunity to look at that person’s situation and perspective and missing out on the ability to make that person feel validated for their feelings.   6:22--Molly shares experiences when someone is being sympathetic and how that makes her feel.9:32-Sara discusses the phrase “I’m sorry you feel that way” and why she feels this is counter-productive and not helpful when wanting to receive or give empathy.Empathizing has everything to do with being able to hear that person, see their perspective, and acknowledge that what they are feeling and experiencing is true for them.Empathy is also about realizing that other people may not be able to understand our situation in the way we want them to. When we see things from only our perspective, and we are unwilling to see the other perspective for that situation, we can become judgmental. The more we learn to be empathetic instead of sympathetic, the easier it is to have an open dialogue with others.Empathy is the soul and sympathy is just the surface. To create meaning in our lives, we need to be connecting to our soul. We can’t do that unless we are being empathetic. We need to set the intention to be the change. People will have to start to change their shape because we are changing our shape. If we live fearlessly, have the courage to show empathy towards others, and be honest with how we are feeling, we will create a cataclysmic effect.Call to action: How can we pay it forward with empathy?Hosted by Sara Courtney and Molly RaheSubscribe to The Butterfly Kinection and receive a Free Membership to our Soul Reflection Challenge. https://tuneinwithmolly.kartra.com/page/TBKSubscribeFor more of The Butterfly Kinection, follow us on Facebook- https://www.facebook.com/groups/TheButterflyKinection/ Instagram-https://www.instagram.com/thebutterflykinection Pinterest-https://www.pinterest.com/butterflykinection/ Learn more about The Butterfly Kinection by visiting our website- http://www.thebutterflykinection.com Part of the Soul Searching Zone- http://www.soulsearchingzone.com/****************************************************Molly’s new solo podcast, SoulFessions, is available to listen on iTunes, iHeart Radio, Spotify, Soul Searching Zone, and her website. Sara discusses how the experiences we have in our daily lives are lessons for us to learn. She talks about how these lessons mold us into who we are and who we will become. As we learn and grow from them, we can lead by example and teach others. The growth is in the lessons.Sara discusses the phrase: “Things don’t happen to us, they happen for us.” We are not being punished. The universe/God gives us lessons to help us grow. We have the choice to learn the lesson or not. We will grow and become better people if we choose to learn the lesson. We will not grow if we choose not to. We have free will and we have the ability to look at things in a positive way or a negative way. It’s about mindset and perspective.8:06- Sara gives some examples and share stories of how to view situations as lessons.Sara goes in depth about how life experiences mold us and shape who we are as people. What we’ve seen, gone through, and felt make us better and stronger.14:41- Sara talks about abundance and how to change our perception of what that really is. She shares a personal story of learning abundance by losing her rental property. We are also better teachers when we are learning at the same time. If we are better learners and we use our experiences to teach us something, then we can lead by example by going out and showing everyone around us how we react to situations. As we emit positive thoughts, every action of kindness we take, every loving word we say will inspire others. In that moment we teach others that they are capable of doing the same. The lessons we learn are for our highest good. By learning the lessons in life, we embody the soul growth of what our soul is yearning for. If we live with compassion, love and kindness and understand that the universe has our back, we have the ability to come out of anything and be stronger for it.Hosted by Sara CourtneySubscribe to The Butterfly Kinection and receive a Free Membership to our Soul Reflection Challenge. https://tuneinwithmolly.kartra.com/page/TBKSubscribeFor more of The Butterfly Kinection, follow us on Facebook- https://www.facebook.com/groups/TheButterflyKinection/ Instagram-https://www.instagram.com/thebutterflykinection Pinterest-https://www.pinterest.com/butterflykinection/ Learn more about The Butterfly Kinection by visiting our website- http://www.thebutterflykinection.com Part of the Soul Searching Zone- http://www.soulsearchingzone.com/****************************************************Sara’s Facebook online shop Sara Marie’s Cup of Tea is now open- https://www.facebook.com/saramariescupoftea/ Stay up to date with promotions, new products, and events by signing up for her email list- https://mailchi.mp/01c025d8e8f6/saramariescupofteasignupSara’s blog, Waking Up Sara Marie, is an intimate look into her own personal struggles, successes, and spiritual awakening. Molly and Sara discuss how reflecting on our experiences that occurred in 2018 can help us to release emotions, learn lessons and grow. Reflecting, releasing, and learning lessons can allow us to feel rejuvenated and ready to set goals in our everyday life in the new year.Sometimes it can be a challenging and overwhelming this time of year. It is easy to get lost in sad and frustrating situations. But if we try to look at our year with a different perspective, we can start to reflect on why things happened, what the bigger lessons were, and be able to see our growth in them.Molly and Sara talk about the importance of releasing any old or residual feelings that we have from the year. We need to be able to take time for self-care and reach out to friends, family and loved ones to talk about our feelings if we are feeling isolated. By releasing experiences and feelings, and reflecting on what we are thankful for, we can begin to look at the year ahead with a positive mindset.Molly and Sara touch on many important topics that are important to think about as we reflect and set goals for the new year:Self care (physical and mental)Better communication of our feelings with othersMindfulnessPutting ourselves firstSetting boundariesMolly and Sara share their experiences of trying to exercise self care while having children. Though it can be difficult at times, we should explain to our children why it is important to take care of ourselves. Instilling importance of self care, mindfulness, communication, and keeping soul connection is just as an important lesson to teach our children as it is ourselves. We are better people when we put ourselves first and communicate how we are feeling. We can’t be there for others in the way we would like if we don’t give ourselves a break to rejuvenate. It is important to stay true to who we are and being 100% authentic. This new year is about taking a breath to reflect and being ok with living in that moment so we can see clearly the path ahead of us.Hosted by Sara Courtney and Molly RaheSubscribe to The Butterfly Kinection and receive a Free Membership to our Soul Reflection Challenge. https://tuneinwithmolly.kartra.com/page/TBKSubscribeFor more of The Butterfly Kinection, follow us on Facebook- https://www.facebook.com/groups/TheButterflyKinection/ Instagram-https://www.instagram.com/thebutterflykinection Pinterest-https://www.pinterest.com/butterflykinection/ Learn more about The Butterfly Kinection by visiting our website- http://www.thebutterflykinection.com Part of the Soul Searching Zone- http://www.soulsearchingzone.com/****************************************************Molly’s new solo podcast, SoulFessions, is available to listen on iTunes, iHeart Radio, Spotify, Soul Searching Zone, and her website. Molly and Sara talk about how we can get the magic back in our lives during this time of year and all year long.Sara and Molly both share their recent magical experiences at Disney World. Disney is magical because it is a place full of joy, happiness and love. All the experiences at Disney teach us that if we believe in ourselves, we can do or be anything. Often times, we think that because we are adults, we cannot experience magic at all or in the same way we felt it as a child. But, we all deserve and are capable of feeling the magic. Life is magical. There are so many magical moments that we miss along the way because we are so busy thinking about everything we need to do. We need to focus on enjoying the experiences.Molly and Sara talk about many different ways we can begin to experience magic again. Focus on experiences and how they are joyfulTrust, have faith and believe that the magic hasn’t gone anywhereDon’t try to take away other’s magic. Stop judging others. Celebrate them instead.Don’t focus on materialistic thingsAllow yourself to feel like a kid againMagic in the memories madeIt is important to remember that finding the magic is about celebrating ourselves and others. We need to stop judging people and how they look, act, and feel. We cannot create our own magic if we are trying to take others’ magic away. The magic comes from the experiences and memories we make with others and within ourselves. Magic also comes from the joy we feel within those experiences. We have to figure out how we find our joy. If we focus on material things instead of experiences, then we don’t tap into our heart and soul and truly experience magic. We need to relish time with family and friends. The experiences we have of giving a gift to someone is what’s important, not the actual gift itself. If we create those important experiences and make memories with the people who are important to us, find the joy in everything we do, then we can begin to put the magic back in our lives today and every day.Hosted by Sara Courtney and Molly RaheSubscribe to The Butterfly Kinection and receive a Free Membership to our Soul Reflection Challenge. https://tuneinwithmolly.kartra.com/page/TBKSubscribeFor more of The Butterfly Kinection, follow us on Facebook- https://www.facebook.com/groups/TheButterflyKinection/ Instagram-https://www.instagram.com/thebutterflykinection Pinterest-https://www.pinterest.com/butterflykinection/ Learn more about The Butterfly Kinection by visiting our website- http://www.thebutterflykinection.com Part of the Soul Searching Zone- http://www.soulsearchingzone.com/****************************************************Molly’s new solo podcast, SoulFessions, is available to listen on iTunes, iHeart Radio, Spotify, Soul Searching Zone, and her website. BK34: Releasing Guilt

BK34: Releasing Guilt

2018-12-1224:03

Molly and Sara discuss in depth about how to handle any guilt that may arise as we begin to put ourselves first and release relationships in the way we knew them to be.We may feel guilty because of the way the relationship is changing, or we may feel guilty about how the other person is feeling in the relationship change. We may also feel guilty because of expectations we put on ourselves or expectations others put on us.Molly and Sara discuss some of the reasons why we feel guilty and give examples of  how guilt may occur. It is important to remember that if we can dig deep and find out where the guilt is coming from and why we are feeling it, we can take steps to begin to release it.7:38- Sara offers a visualization on how to begin releasing guilt.Molly talks about how guilt can be created internally without the expectations of others. She talks about how we can put unrealistic expectations on ourselves due to values instilled in us as a child. Our environment plays a massive role on the expectations we put ourselves. The guilt comes from not meeting the expectations. We need go within to forgive ourselves for the guilt we are feeling. We also have to release that expectation and feeling of guilt that we are carrying before we can even start to release the guilt that we feel that we’re getting and receiving outwardly from others.11:38-Sara offers an exercise to create positive word armor in your life. This exercise will be available in our BK34 guided journal in our Soul Reflection Challenge !We need to give ourselves permission to release others expectations! We do not own other people’s thoughts and ideas of us. Molly and Sara give specific steps to help release guilt.18:37- Molly’s shares a mantra. It will be included with this week’s journal exercise.Embrace, feel and believe that guilt has no place in our hearts and minds. Molly and Sara discuss how putting ourselves first and taking care of ourselves can change the dynamics of the relationships in our lives. As we start to put ourselves first, we may need to learn to let go of others because it is what is best for us. Molly and Sara offer their own experiences and some tools to help shift our perspective on releasing others to embrace ourselves.Molly and Sara share their different experiences of people pleasing and what they have learned. If we cannot look in the mirror and like who we see, then it is time to make a change. We need to work on ourselves and decide what we want in life and what makes us happy and joyful. Sometimes we have to let people go who don’t like or agree with the changes we are making.Letting go of a relationship may mean accepting that the relationship we want to have and the way the relationship is, is not the same thing. We also have to make sure as we are releasing relationships in the way they aren’t working, we remember to give the person the opportunity to have a say in how the relationship will look.Molly and Sara talk about why setting boundaries with people is important. Some people will be able to adapt to the boundaries and some may walk away.“You are the most important person in your life. What other people think and believe and expect from you is not the most important thing. You have to be willing to let go of their thoughts and opinions of your choices.”We all deserve to give love to others and we deserve to be loved. However, we cannot be our best self for others and we cannot grow in our relationships if we are not taking care of ourselves first. By releasing others to embrace yourself, you are taking a huge step in your soul growthHosted by Sara Courtney and Molly RaheSubscribe to The Butterfly Kinection and receive a Free Membership to our Soul Reflection Challenge. https://tuneinwithmolly.kartra.com/page/TBKSubscribeFor more of The Butterfly Kinection, follow us on Facebook- https://www.facebook.com/groups/TheButterflyKinection/ Instagram-https://www.instagram.com/thebutterflykinection Pinterest-https://www.pinterest.com/butterflykinection/ Learn more about The Butterfly Kinection by visiting our website- http://www.thebutterflykinection.com Part of the Soul Searching Zone- http://www.soulsearchingzone.com/****************************************************Molly’s new solo podcast, SoulFessions, is available to listen on iTunes, iHeart Radio, Spotify, Soul Searching Zone, and her website. Molly talks about how we can begin to heal our broken hearts. Our hearts may have become broken due to painful experiences we have had with people, situations and circumstances. She goes into detail about how those painful experiences and relationships actually help us to positively grow as people. By forgiving others and ourselves, we can begin to heal.As we go things life, it starts to mold who we become as people. Some experiences are so painful and heartbreaking, that it’s hard to move past them. As we leave pieces of ourselves in those moments, we start to lose pieces of who we are.2:50- Molly offers an wonderful exercise to help begin healing your broken heart.Healing begins with forgiveness: forgiving ourselves and the other person. Then we must ask the question: “What did I learn from this experience or relationship?”If we accept and honor people for where they are at and accept and honor where we are at, then we can change our perspective and ask “What went right? instead of “What went wrong?”  We can begin to understand that no one is at fault and all relationships have meaning and purpose to them.Changing relationships are part of life and our path. Not everyone can walk with us for our entire journey. Sometimes we need to let them go or change the way in which the relationship looks so we can open the door for other people to come in and to allow us to grow. Our souls always have an opportunity to grow and blossom if we allow that to happen. We shouldn’t allow people or things hold us back from where we are meant to be going. If we give ourselves permission to do what is best for ourselves, forgive ourselves, and accept others for where they are at, then we can begin to heal our broken heart.Hosted by Molly RaheSubscribe to The Butterfly Kinection and receive a Free Membership to our Soul Reflection Challenge. https://tuneinwithmolly.kartra.com/page/TBKSubscribeFor more of The Butterfly Kinection, follow us on Facebook- https://www.facebook.com/groups/TheButterflyKinection/ Instagram-https://www.instagram.com/thebutterflykinection Pinterest-https://www.pinterest.com/butterflykinection/ Learn more about The Butterfly Kinection by visiting our website- http://www.thebutterflykinection.com Part of the Soul Searching Zone- http://www.soulsearchingzone.com/****************************************************Molly’s new solo podcast, SoulFessions, is available to listen on iTunes, iHeart Radio, Spotify, Soul Searching Zone, and her website. BK31: Being Thankful

BK31: Being Thankful

2018-11-2120:00

Molly and Sara discuss how we can incorporate what and who we are thankful for on a daily basis, beyond the holiday of Thanksgiving. We often seem to focus on what we are thankful for around Thanksgiving, but don’t make it a daily practice all year long. Our lives and perspective could change in amazing ways if we can find a way to build in our thanks daily. We also sometimes spend too much time focusing on the things that are going wrong or focus on what we wish for instead of taking the time being thankful for what we do have. If we start to change our perception and look at all the positive things going on instead of the negative, we can shift our entire outlook.5:23-Molly and Sara discuss some ways to make thankfulness and gratefulness a daily practice. Sara suggests thinking of what we are thankful for in the morning before we start our day. Molly suggests reflecting on what and who we are thankful for in the evening after the day is done. What we put out into the universe is what we get back. 7:39-Sara talks about an exercise on how we can improve the relationships in our lives. She suggests that each of us think of three things that we are grateful for in our partner, family member or friend. We can appreciate others and are more grateful for what others do for us when we can acknowledge it outwardly on a daily basis. Relationships blossom when we can appreciate each other and think of the ways we are grateful.12:38-Molly talks about creating a gratefulness vision board and how we can use one to improve our positive mindset and help attract positive energy to us. Gratefulness boards can be used as a reminder of what we are grateful for on the days we are not feeling positive or may be feeling alone.Being thankful can also help to raise our own vibration and the vibration of everyone around us. The universe will take care of us if we choose to uplift others and treat others as we would like to be treated. Kindness goes further than anger and frustration. It is also important not to forget to include ourselves in our gratefulness and be grateful and proud of who we are.Hosted by Sara Courtney and Molly RaheSubscribe to The Butterfly Kinection and receive a Free Membership to our Soul Reflection Challenge. https://tuneinwithmolly.kartra.com/page/TBKSubscribeFor more of The Butterfly Kinection, follow us on Facebook- https://www.facebook.com/groups/TheButterflyKinection/ Instagram-https://www.instagram.com/thebutterflykinection Pinterest-https://www.pinterest.com/butterflykinection/ Learn more about The Butterfly Kinection by visiting our website- http://www.thebutterflykinection.com Part of the Soul Searching Zone- http://www.soulsearchingzone.com/****************************************************Molly’s new solo podcast, SoulFessions, is available to listen on iTunes, iHeart Radio, Spotify, Soul Searching Zone, and her website. Molly and Sara discuss the importance of dropping into the heart. They go in depth on how to drop into the heart, how to learn to live in our heart, and how to make life decisions and choices by following our heart. We often find ourselves living in our brains and overthinking things, instead of focusing on our feelings. By dropping into the heart we can tap into our feelings and learn to work through negative emotions such as sadness or anger. By acknowledging them and working through them, then we can start to feel the positive emotions. Molly and Sara give several ideas and examples of how to drop into the heart. They will offer a visualization on how to drop into the heart in this week’s Soul Reflection Challenge. It will also be available as part of their upcoming class “Living from the Heart Center!” In a situation where we need to make a decision, it is important to remember to pause, feel our heart, and visualize asking our heart what we should be doing. Our heart may give us an answer in several different ways, and how our body feels after we ask the question is important. When we make a decision that causes our body to feel ill, our heart is telling us that the decision does not resonate and that we aren’t honoring our feelings. Dropping into the heart is important because we need to honor ourselves and love who we are. Molly and Sara stress the importance of making it a daily practice to drop into your heart. As we learn to drop into our heart, we will heal our heart, our body, our mind, our soul, and our spirit. Molly and Sara discuss embracing our reality by learning to see reality for what it really is instead of a reality we have created. They talk about how we need to be honest with ourselves, how to embrace the feelings that arise when coming to terms with our reality, and how to positively shift our perspective so we can have soul growth and joy in our lives. By hanging onto the thoughts and wishes of what we want things to be, look and feel, we lose sight of what things really look like. What if we could realize that the situations that occur and the things that happen in our lives are part of a bigger picture? Molly and Sara give many great suggestions throughout this podcast on how to learn to embrace our reality. Molly and Sara discuss their food allergies and food allergies of their children. When it comes to food allergies, it is easy to feel guilty because we think we gave our children a limitation. When in fact, it could be that our child has a limitation because we are the best people to support them in that. Limitations are not really limitations at all, and they do not make us less than. They also don’t make us more or less important. It doesn’t define who we are as people or parents. There is a bigger purpose and a bigger reason why things happen, and we don’t have control over that.   10:42- Molly gives stepwise process on learning to face reality: -Be honest and be willing to see the reality for what it is -Feel the feelings that arise -Shift your perspective In order to see reality for what it really is, we have to be willing to let go. We have to be willing to live in the moment. We have to remove the ideas we create of how we think it should look before we are in the situation. By honoring our feelings and finding our inner strength we can begin to make changes that are best for us.   Hosted by Sara Courtney and Molly Rahe To receive information on special offers, new products, upcoming podcasts, new classes, or our newsletter, subscribe to our email list go to https://landing.mailerlite.com/webforms/landing/e0j7i3.Look for Soul Reflections Academy (https://soulreflectionsacademy.teachable.com) on our website and sign up for our Free Soul Reflection Challenge at https://soulreflectionsacademy.teachable.com/p/soul-reflection-challenge-tbk . Molly and Sara discuss how we can honor our loved ones who have passed on a daily basis and on this special day of Halloween. They go in depth about their personal perspectives on the afterlife and discuss the importance of fostering and encouraging our children’s curiosity and understanding of death and the afterlife. Sara mentions some different ways in which we honor our dead in our own way and how our culture can play a role in that. Molly poses the question: Do you believe in an afterlife? 7:12- Sara shares a story of just recently losing someone important to her and how she has honored that person in death. We can honor our loved ones in so many ways through our memories and through the feelings we get that are evoked when we think about them. Memories are an important part of honoring the dead. They can become the legacy of that person’s life. How our loved ones lived allow us to honor them by living in their example. Sara goes in depth about how we create a legacy. Molly shares her perspective of what it looks like when person passes over and how to talk to children about death in a way that is not scary. Molly and Sara tell stories of conversations they have had with their children about death and the afterlife. Children want to have a deeper knowing and understanding of how life and death works and they have more knowledge of the afterlife than we may think. They are special beings who can teach us a lot about honoring the dead, talking to Spirits and how the afterlife works. People who have passed know that we are honoring them. Take the time out today and every day to remember, to speak of, and honor our loved ones who have passed. Molly and Sara have a candid discussion about their own experiences of inner strength. They go in depth about how we need to support our own selves, be our own rock, and what that looks like. They pose some important questions such as: Do you support your own self? Are you lifting your own self up or are you looking to others to lift you up in times of need? Are You Your Own Rock? Molly and Sara give very different individual perspectives on inner strength and being a rock. 2:19-Molly shares her story and insights of learning to be her own rock as a child and young adult. 5:42-Sara shares her child story of not feeling strong or a rock for herself. Molly shares her realizations during her childhood experience and how she continued to believe in herself and knew everything would be ok if she did the work with God’s help. She knew she was not alone. It’s important to realize that we are not alone and that we need to find the group of people who we want to surround us and who are willing to support and honor us. Then we won’t need others to be our rock. Instead those people can help us to see that we are the rock. Being a rock means believing that no matter what happens in life, we can pick ourselves back up again and keep moving forward. And if we all take the time to honor ourselves, get to know ourselves, and believe in ourselves, then we can find our own identity. By finding our identity, we can be a rock for ourselves. 12:45-Molly recites a beautiful mantra. “If you could take one step forward towards the person you want to be, you will step into your courage, you will step into your purpose and you will step into your strength.” Hosted by Sara Courtney and Molly Rahe To receive information on special offers, new products, upcoming podcasts, new classes, or our newsletter, subscribe to our email list go to https://landing.mailerlite.com/webforms/landing/e0j7i3.Look for Soul Reflections Academy (https://soulreflectionsacademy.teachable.com) on our website and sign up for our Free Soul Reflection Challenge at https://soulreflectionsacademy.teachable.com/p/soul-reflection-challenge-tbk . BK26: I Surrender

BK26: I Surrender

2018-10-1723:47

Molly and Sara discuss go in depth on how to surrender to a higher power and how to let go of what no longer serves us or holds us back in order to move forward. If we let go of a situation, we can learn from it and grow. However, if we can get raveled up in it, we have difficulty being able to step back and surrender to what we are supposed to be learning in the situation. 6:37-Sara lists several ways we can learn to surrender. “Surrendering is about letting go of what you think should be, how you think it should be, how you think it should look, and release control.” The universe will give back to us if we learn to surrender and let go control. Then we can begin to understand and remember that it is all happening for whatever is best for us in that time. We must also believe that it is possible. 13:27- Sara offers an empowering visualization exercise to help release and surrender. When we are learning to surrender, we must embody and feel what surrendering feels like. There is a sense of peacefulness, inner knowing and trust that everything will work out. 19:57-Sara gives a Mantra to help manifest surrendering. If we surrender with love and surrender with light, then we can trust and believe that the universe will always take care of us. BK24: Self Realization

BK24: Self Realization

2018-10-0326:45

Molly and Sara discuss the profound effect self realization can have in our soul growth, with our relationships with others, and in how we honor ourselves. After we begin to tell ourselves the truth, we begin to have realizations about who we are and how we conduct ourselves around other people. Self realization is accepting the truth and being ready to realize what is needed next in order to move forward without fear. 2:22-Sara shares a story involving her grandmother who has passed. We often have trouble moving forward even after having self realizations due to fear of the unknown or because of the depth of pain we might be feeling. We might find it hard to tell the truth about how we are feeling to others. Self realization is a gift because it’s the point where we can spark movement by believing in ourselves and setting the intention to change. 9:45- Molly shares her realizations about her daughters’ birth and gives deep insight into her relationships with others. Some realizations may require us to re-evaluate the relationships in our lives. We may need to create bigger boundaries with others or even let certain relationships go that no longer serve us. Molly and Sara talk about many ways in which we must be able to make ourselves a priority.  Our mindset is so much more powerful and positive when we are taking care of ourselves and filling up our cup. Part of self realization is being positive minded and deciding to make the changes we want to make. Manifest and believe change will happen even if we don’t know what the outcome will be.
