Macin Smith & Our Goodbyes

Macin Smith was a 17 year old boy who disappeared on the morning of September 1st 2015.  Believed to be heading to school, he never made it in that morning. Despite multiple alleged sighting, he has not been found since. We discuss this case today and what may have occurred. Joel Lovelien

On October 27, 2007, 38-year-old Joel Lovelien and his fiance Heather donned costumes to attend a Halloween party at the Broken Drum lounge in North Dakota. At 11:30 PM, Joel went outside to answer a call on his phone, after returning to Heather to tell her he needed to help someone outside, he left the bar. Shortly afterward, he was found in the parking lot severely beaten and choked to death on his own blood.With a list of witnesses and suspects at the bar that night, we discuss what could have happened to Joel and how an evening that should have been a celebration ended so tragically.

The Overtoun Bridge

Overtoun Bridge is a category B-listed structure over the Overtoun Burn on the approaching road to Overtoun House, near Dumbarton in West Dunbartonshire, Scotland. It was completed in 1895, based on a design by the landscape architect H. E. Milner.Since the 1950s, numerous reports of dogs either falling or jumping from the bridge have been reported. With the incidents often resulting in serious injury or death upon landing on the rocks some 50 ft (15 m) below, the bridge has been nicknamed the "Dog Suicide Bridge". Various explanations for these deaths have been proposed, ranging from natural accidents to paranormal activity.
