Calvinism isn’t only known for its contractions but is famous for conflating two separate concepts into on Calvinistic rendering. Join us to find out if conflating both election and salvation to mean the same thing is true biblical theology, or just another fallacy perpetrated by the Calvinist systematic.
Can someone live consistently with the biblical narrative while practicing Calvinistic theology? In other words is Calvinism a practical theology? If God meticulously controls all things what leg does a Calvinist have to confront any issue, or problem? If God has predestined all things, who is the calvinist, to say anything the contrary to what God has prescribed from aeons past for his own glory? Today we will talk about this and more on the second episode of The Calvinist Contradiction. Please like and pray about supporting our ministry of sharing Gods love for all humanity. Hey y’all welcome to the first episode of The Calvinist Contradiction Podcast. Today we are coving the subject of the Calvinists view on God preforming sinful acts for his glory. We will be looking at an article from John Pipers website Desiring God which states while promoting this view: “as incredible and as unacceptable as it may currently seem — God’s having even brought about the Nazis’ brutality at Birkenau and Auschwitz as well as the terrible killings of Dennis Rader and even the sexual abuse of a young child.” We will be talking about this article in depth and asking ourselves is this what the biblical narrative truly says about Gods character. We will be referring to this episode a lot in future episodes so take the time to read the article for your self. Thanks for listening, peace and blessings!
