It seems to me that unless you’ve been hiding under a rock for the past 5 years, the phrase on everyone’s lips is AI and the insatiable pace of innovation in that field.
On our latest episode of the career compass, I was delighted to be joined by Carl Kirchoff and Sadra Shokouhi of Hashthink, who sat down to discuss the evolving capabilities of AI in respect to company hiring processes, particularly in terms of how it can improve, automate and supercharge the candidate experience.

Carl started his career with HTC, before honing his craft at both Oracle and Microsoft, before launching his own company FenixMinds, in September 2023.
