Cultural Obscurist B.K. Will discovers a small firewire drive with the lost indie fiction podcasts of Cam Candor, who disappeared suddenly in December 2020 and so begins the search for this enigmatic artist.
In the spring of 2033, Cultural Obscurist B.K. Will stumbled into an estate sale in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Rummaging through a box of discarded electronics, Will found a small firewire drive with the lost indie fiction podcasts of one Cam Candor, a creator who disappeared suddenly in December 2020.
This wasn’t a hundred episodes of a single audio drama, no, these were hundreds of different shows dating from the earliest days of fiction podcasting in the aughts, back when there were independent podcasts. Back before the Great Podcasting Purge of 2025. Host B.K. Will embarks on a twisty, turn-filled odyssey to discover what happened to this enigmatic artist.
Will talks to podcast critics, fan club members, psychologists, professors, and anyone who knew or worked with Candor. This episode features segments from two of Candor's shows: Mr. Fezziwhig Talks Crumpets and the Trump family telenovela: Bedminster!
Hosted by B.K. Will

Samantha Turret as Martina Terkle

So, I listened to every episode but I have to say, when I read the description I was expecting something a little more serious. Pretty much every voice in this podcast I found a little over the top. I believe this is supposed to be a comedy however, I didn't find myself laughing as much as I rolled my eyes. Not a bad podcast, just a little extra for my taste.
