Have you looked all over for something you lost? Maybe it was your glasses, your keys, some lipstick, or something you just couldn’t find. Only to discover you had it all along in your purse, or backpack or maybe you were even wearing it already.
The lessons for us here is that having is not empowering unless we we have the REALIZATION of what we possess.
You are worthy, you are loved, your miraculous, you are complete, whole and beautiful. Like our lost keys example, having it is not the same thing as that moment where you fully REALIZE that you are all of this and more.
This week’s episode focus on courageous self-love. This is the foundation of it all. It is where we shall begin in the Year of Courage.

Each year I create a theme and intention that I will focus on. 2015 was my Year of Expression and 2016 was my Year of Balance. I have decided that 2018 is my Year of Courage. 😃
This week’s episode dives into the essence of Courage. What is courage? Is it different for each person? Can it be replicated? Is it learned or are we born with it? These are the question I start to reflect upon.
As a way to explore this year’s theme, I share a free write poem I created too.
I look forward to walking this pathway of courage together this year!
This week’s episode focuses on Defining Your Own Status Quo. That is the theme of January’s replay the Live and Online:Expression Session workshop.

This week’s episode is part 2 of this special series on Beliefs. I have been passionately working on this one over the past few months.
As a refresher:
The vision: To explore how our beliefs shape who we are by asking people, “What do you believe in?”
The process: I interviewed 8 different people in a one-on-one interview. I asked the same series of questions to each person in the same order. They did not know the questions or the theme of the interview before hand. Therefore, the answers they shared were completely impromptu and from the heart.
The result is beautiful, magical, insightful, and absolutely inspiring.
I know I say this every week, but honestly, you will love this episode.
