This is so important ..... I suffered from anorexia all my life because I grew up around a family of big women who had very poor eating habits and were talked about all the time so it instilled in me must be little or I will be talked about then I was in competitive cheer and modeling which made me obsessed. I have 3 daughters and it's so important they dont get trapped in the hell it is to be obsessed with body image. I am 45 and that sweet 24 year old has no idea how we totally relate at ALL ages . Thanks for this Chalene it fires me up to love my girls to make sure I instill in them an image of beauty at any weight . I work out daily and make sure my girls know it's for health and stress and not to look better. I started seeing my girls look in the mirror start working out so I immediately started saying your beautiful your strong your amazing it's so important !!
