Good podcast and thanks for the tip! In fact, there are many nuances in home renovation and there will always be many things that you want to replace. I started with big things like fixing the roof and laying a new driveway to the house. We then used the rubber crumb driveways found on the site https://safestep.pro/rubber-crumb-driveways/

Do you think Clark would be willing to help me by doing a segment on ESOP retirement accounts? I work for a Atlanta area grocery chain for 10 years now and was automatically enrolled in the ESOP plan from the company. I'm 55 and doing a 25% early withdrawal ($5000.00). This is for medical expenses for my wife. I have 20k in my account before the early withdrawal. Thank you Christa.

No you shouldn't get the flu shot. Out of all the vaccines the flu shot is the vaccine that has caused the largest amount of injury including death, the vaccine that the vaccine courts have had to pay out on the most and it only protects you 20-40% if they select which flu virus they are going to put in which is figured in February for Septembers season. The flu vaccine has also been proven to cause other illnesses right after getting the flu shot (not including getting the flu) No way bad bad advice!

I know that Clark may never see this, but thank you for the acknowledgement of the struggles of truckers. Life on the road was far from glamorous or a paid vacation before the virus, but the struggle has gotten worse. Thank a trucker folks. Thank everyone you see who is still working today. Also, I promise we arent scary. For every irresponsible driver you see on the news or on the road, there are thousands of us who do the best, professional, and skilled job that we can. 🙂

I have so much respect and admiration for Clark Howard, beyond his financial advice (which I love). If you're local to the Atlanta metro area then you know his work with Habitat for Humanity, foster children and many other kind endeavors. He's really a good person. 💙💚💛💜❤
