holy moly Nicole is ON in this episode! crushed it!!
This is the best podcast I've listened to in years. It's hilarious, informative and the only part I don't like is when the episode is over.
that ending was the best ending so far of this podcast.
at 28 Nicole mentioned that giving up meat isn't that big of a deal since you need to change policy to affect regions, but I'm confused: are you saying that a policy should unsubsidized meat to make it more expensive but if as an individual are still buying meat (as an example ) why would the push for policy to deincentive purchasing meat ?
F&CK yeah. I love this podcast so much. So stoked when a new episode comes out. Also love the climate town show. Nobody else can make learning about how catastrophically bad our future is while also making it hilarious. Thanks guys.
You two should try to debate Chuck Marohn on 15-minute Cities. I say "try" because Conservative Chuck will quickly veer off, pun intended, on some rant about how Progressives are moving "way too fast" on trying to fix Climate Change.
really appreciate all you do here. you two make a great team, too. I'm laughing half the time which I think is misleading because the topics are generally very serious and... not cool. 😎
this was a banger.
one issue is to move away from a car centric society ( or at least big cities) we have to do a revolution of transportation ideas instead of slightly changing the infrastructure. I don't really seeing that happen any time soon with our lobbyists working in the interest of money and not the people ( or planet)
