What would happen if you prioritize feeling good, and what would that look like for you? Perhaps a trip to the beach? Or maybe it's taking the time to reorganize your home. Whatever it is, it's essential to create time and space for it. In this episode, we tap into what that looks like for you and how to shift your mindset to bring more joy into your life.  Find Me Here: INSTAGRAM: @Cassie_withlove WEBSITE: www.cassiezeeb.com Subscribe to this podcast and share with a friend!

There is a powerful relationship between mindset and achievement. Our beliefs act as the code that shapes the possibilities available to us. In this episode, we’ll discuss how to navigate goal-setting and future aspirations by looking backward and turning inward. We'll uncover the intricate ways in which our thought patterns contribute to the overall coding of our brains and how we can turn our aspirations into attainable goals. Setting boundaries in relationships allows you to protect your personal autonomy, well-being, and values while also fostering a healthy dynamic with your partner. Sometimes, establishing boundaries can be challenging due to people pleasing, past experiences, or fear of conflict. As human beings, we can often perceive conflict as negative, uncomfortable, and can even try to avoid it altogether. We often forget that conflict (when handled constructively) can have ample benefits, such as improved communication, problem-solving skills, innovation, and personal growth! In this week's episode of the Happy Hearts Project, I collaborate with Paul Kuthe from 'Tributary Coaching' and his lovely clients Henry and Laurie. Henry and Laurie have been married for over 25 years and own a business. In this episode, they discuss how they navigated the difficulties of balancing a relationship and business, while Paul and I highlight how conflict served as a catalyst for positive change throughout their journey.  INSTAGRAM: @Cassie_withlove WEBSITE: www.cassiezeeb.com Subscribe to this podcast and share with a friend!

Have you ever had those moments when a fun idea crosses your mind, but you quickly talk yourself out of it? We've all been there. Intentionally doing something fun can get you out of autopilot and connect you back to yourself. In this episode, I encourage you to challenge those self-imposed limitations by asking a simple yet profound question: "Wouldn't it be fun if..." We'll unpack how this simple question can be a catalyst for change by bringing you closer to the experiences and feelings you desire.  Free Consultation: https://calendly.com/cassiezeeb/45-minute-consultation INSTAGRAM: @Cassie_withlove WEBSITE: www.cassiezeeb.com Subscribe to this podcast and share with a friend!
This episode is a recording of the Back on Track discussion I hosted this week for the #somethingfun31challenge facebook group. Want to join the fun? Sign up at www.cassiezeeb.com & your invitation to the facebook group will be emailed to you! Here are the key takeaways from today's episode: All we have in this moment. You have all the infinite time available to you because you are here now. Nothing is ever guaranteed beyond that. Feeling behind or off track is only a mindset. The problem is that you are looking at the space between where you are and where you want to be and it is paralyzing you. So instead, in this episode, I talk about how to practice having what you want so that you have the strength to hold it when the opportunity arises. Because it is not about what you are doing – it is about who you are being. How does the person who has the things you want live? How do they spend their time? What are they thinking and feeling – and you start there…. And the action falls into place easily. You don’t know how or when you will get there, so stop worrying about those parts, and practice feeling what it will be like to be there. The work is – learning to trust yourself & growing the tolerance to show up in new & bigger ways you didn’t think was possible.
