Welcome to the first episode of The Collective! The podcast where we respect the idea of load management. We're Josh and Jay and we clearly can't do a podcast by ourselves. We love podcasting and the great conversation that comes out of it. But after failing on a couple of previous projects, we decided to shake things up a little bit. So we've gathered a rotation of super talented, like-minded guys who can keep the conversation fun and insightful, and in all honesty, just lighten the load!
