Description
In 2008, Kevin Kelly wrote an article called "1000 True Fans." In it, he made a case that anyone could make a great living doing what they most loved if they could build a community of only 1,000 True Fans.
A true fan being defined as a member within your community who is so passionately connected with what you do that they consume all the content your produce, attend all your events and are first in line to purchase your various products and services.
At the time, I had already gone "full-time" doing what I most loved in the world with only a few hundred "true fans."
I was benefiting greatly by getting to know a lot about each of these incredible human beings. It then occurred to me that others would be able to find a tremendous amount of education, encouragement and inspiration if I were to share recordings of some of the conversations that I was having with these members from the community.
That was the idea that inspired "The Community Voice."
I published the first 32 episodes of this show from December 2008 through March 2011.
More than a Decade later, I made the decision to REVIVE this podcast and released episode 33 on August 13th, 2021. A great deal had changed in my life over the 10+ years between episode 32 and episode 33.
I'm honored to share that I have well over 1,000 true fans today and I am eager to share valuable conversations with as many of them as I possibly can moving forward here in The Community Voice.

I had the amazing honor of having Chris Nelson as both a coaching client and as a member of my Next Level mastermind from November 2017 through Present Day (Currently September, 2021).
There are so many people who will be able to relate to Chris' story of having an employer who has an expectation that you will not work to produce any income outside of your "day job."
Others may be blown away by Chris' decision to leave his day job, even after receiving an "Aggressive Stage 4 Cancer" diagnosis before he had made any announcement about his desire and plans to leave his day job.
You can connect with Chris on Facebook. Or, if you prefer, you can follow Chris on LinkedIn.

I had the amazing honor of having Leslie Graham as both a coaching client and as a member of my Next Level mastermind from August 2019 through June 2021.
During this period of time, Leslie went from an idea for her won business into a full blown business that is already creating books for her clients. If you have ever wanted to write your own book, but are not a fan of the "writing process," then check out TurnItIntoABook.com.

I had the amazing honor of having Danielle as both a coaching client and as a member of my Next Level mastermind from July 2018 through December 2020.
It was so encouraging to see all the growth that experienced through the mastermind group pay off when the entire world, including Danielle's Live, In-Person, Event Business was disrupted during the onset of the Covid-19 Pandemic.

In this episode, I share a conversation with Chuck Marting.
I first met Chuck at a live event in July 2019. At the time, Chuck had a desire to launch a podcast and he and his wife wondered if I might be able to motivate him to take action on it. Soon after, Chuck successfully launched his Clearing The Haze Podcast.
Chuck has been a member of my Next Level Mastermind since July 2019 and has experienced a tremendous amount of personal and professional growth as a result.
I love these conversations that are created for this podcast as it is always fun to learn even more of the back story of those who we admire so much.
Chuck is the owner of Colorado Mobile Drug Testing.
In this episode, I am delighted to share a conversation with Terry Wilson.
Terry has been an entrepreneur now for over twenty-five years. He was recruited in sales while in high school and was motivated to pursue the career simply to make a car payment. He discovered a world that has since been his passion.
Terry has a special ability to relate to his audience on various levels with both his humor, wit, and experience. What people will discover when listening, reading, and watching Terry is, he gets it. No matter what level of income, education, disappointment, or achievement the reader or listener has experienced they will relate to what Terry is communicating.
There are many inspirational and motivational speakers and authors who have spoken and written on various topics; however, Terry has a unique ability to give strategic plans of actions that anyone can follow.

In this episode, I share a conversation with Jon Sanders from the Small Town Big Church podcast.
I have had the awesome privilege of working with Ric Lindberg over the past seven years. Ric first went through my Podcasting A to Z course back in 2014, ended up going through the course a second time in 2015 to experience four more weeks of the type of coaching I offered.
Ric became the the very first to sign up and become a member of the Next Level Mastermind in November 2017, where I had the privilege of doing life with Ric, on a weekly basis, for the past three years and nine months.
Ric's Website is http://RicLindberg.com
Ric's Main Podcast is Relationship Power At Work

It has been more than 10 years since I've published an episode of the Community Voice. I am delighted to bring back (revive) this particular show.
In the open of this episode, I share an overview of what this podcast is all about and then I jump into my "conversation" with Casey Price, who is an attorney in Haddonfield, New Jersey.
Casey has been a member of "The Community" going all the way back to 2011. However, I was first introduced to Casey when he signed up for my Podcasting A to Z Group Coaching Program back in June 2014.
I really began to get to know Casey on a much deeper level when he joined the Next Level Mastermind on April 23rd, 2018. I've had the privilege of connecting with Casey, in our mastermind calls, on a weekly basis for the past three years and four months.
When it comes to the title of "true fan" Casey fits the description perfectly. Casey attended both Free The Dream 2018 and 2019 events and has been a member of my Train With Cliff Audio Program.
Some of my favorite connections with Casey have been our one-on-one conversations outside of the various coaching/mastermind environments. This is why I am thrilled to bring one of these such conversations here to The Community Voice Podcast.
I know those who have had the honor of getting to know Casey Price through Podcasting A to Z Session 17, Free The Dream 2018 and 2019, and the Next Level Mastermind AM Group will thoroughly enjoy how this conversation will reveal more about Casey than they might have ever learned otherwise.

Fred Firestine is a husband and father of two, originally from Canada now living in Long Island. Fred started off in tech support before becoming a programmer and later moving up to systems administration in his company.
Fred talks about how calorie counting among other things helped him lose weight. Stephanie and Fred mention the highs and lows of home schooling.
Fred’s hobbies include singing in the church choir, health and fitness, Internet and social media, blogging, and playing around with technology.
Some interesting facts about Fred:
He speaks French
He owns a pretty big collection of Jules Verne novels
As a young teen, did a “radio show” recorded to cassette tapes, along with a friend, in which they played Top 40 music from LPs and pretended to be DJs.
In high school, he was a “glee club” nerd (they called it “choir”)
In college he was also in the choir, and his wife-to-be hung out in the auditorium
Fred has lived on Long Island for longer than he has been anywhere else, because his family moved several times in his childhood/teen years.
