In Episode 319: The Monster Outside My Window, we are joined by Derrick and Tayler. Derrick begins the show by describing his experience with a creature that approached his window one night while he was sleeping. After researching what he witnessed outside, Derrick concluded that he had seen a Rake. When he told his stepbrother about the encounter, his stepbrother revealed he had seen the same creature, but called it “the monkey man." After Derrick’s story, we talk with Tayler, who reached out to The Confessionals as a new listener. Through tuning in to the program, she started connecting dots between topics she never usually paid much mind. But then she started seeing things in her home, and she wasn't the only one - her husband saw them too. She describes the activity they both experienced, and how they made it stop. On Episode 486: The Dark Holler we are joined by Ward Hiney who is the producer, writer, and director of the hit docu-series called, "Dark Holler." Ward reached out to me last year to see if I would be interested in reviewing the first episode of Dark Holler, and we struck up a friendship. He became the main videographer for Merkel Media films as he has an extensive background in videography, which includes filming for Glenn Beck at The Blaze. On Episode 486, Ward shares all about Dark Holler, and how a short trip to West Virginia to make a 15-minute video with a new camera rig turned into a five-episode docu-series gave him the realization that there is more to the spiritual realm than he ever could have imagined. In Episode 240 we speak to Sam who lived in a house full of paranormal activity that progressed in degree the longer she lived there.
