When my childhood "best friends" began to ignore me and exclude me from gatherings without explanation, I fell into a very dark place. I began to blame myself for the loss of the relationships and I obsessively replayed every interaction I had with them, over the 20 year period, over and over in my mind. I not only lost all my confidence, but I became very insecure. It caused me to lose all my trust in my other healthy relationships in my life and I began to hurt those that loved me most. Then, I found Trish. Trish's encouraging spirit is beyond inspiring, and I love her ability to relate life situations to the word of God. She allowed me to gain confidence in my body image, my career, and most importantly, myself and my relationships with others. I would love to hear more on "how to be confident after abandonment," because although therapy and Trish have helped me a lot, I still have a long way to go. Love you, Trish!    WHAT INSPIRED THIS ON MY HEART:    And idea is where we all start. But to take it to a dream, means we have to believe in it. Then, to next level the dream to actualization of it, goals need to be put into place. My job as a coach is to call you up to your highest self. It is to tell you the truth and show you were you aren't being specific. When we aren't specific, we will wander. When we wander, we will get mediocre results and experiences. Your Belief System matters. Do you belief that you were created for more? All Beliefs Create (ABC) something. Believe that you matter. Believe that you have purpose. Believe that you can awaken passion. Believe that you can be adventurous as you chase what you want.  If you don't know what you want, you won't know what to go after - and you'll live a life of average drabness.  You were made for more.  ---- > the number of people who come to me and simply don't know what they want or what they are passionate about is astounding. Do not be discouraged if you find yourself in this category --- culture has taught us to follow the check-boxes. It's time to stop drifting and to start taking control of what you are willing to dream and design for your life.    WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DREAMS AND GOALS?    Goals are something you are acting on. Dreams are something you are just thinking about.  Goals have deadlines. Dreams are loosy goosey.  Goals have a cost. Dreams are free. Goals produce results. Dreams don't.  Goals can change your life. Dreams can inspire you.  Goals have a focus. Dreams don't.  Dreams can inspire you, but goals can change your life. Goals do come true.  Ideas?

It really sets the tone for the rest of my day and makes me feel unstoppable! Trish has inspired me with so much, most recently being my eBook I published on Amazon, The Legend of Ollie Daniels. Thank you Trish!  -Cfhved113   WHAT SAYING "I HAVE SO MUCH TO DO" IS ACTUALLY DOING TO YOUR HEART   “I have so much to do” = victim minded statement It preemptively creates defeat, and overwhelm. It talks about your mountain, instead of talking to your mountain. It creates competing demands, exhausts you mentally and emotionally and emphasizes scarcity in your life. It makes you feel stretched thin and without power.   Realize that it's not the task or the list that you're avoiding, it's the uncomfortable feelings that come from it. Or, it's the missing motivation to do what you technically want to do. Don't wait for the motivation - do the thing and the motivation will come.  Fundamentally, having too much to do crushes your spirit and makes you feel a sense of pointlessness.    WHAT TO SAY BACK TO YOURSELF WHEN YOU HEAR YOURSELF SAY: "I HAVE SO MUCH TO DO" Mountain, move. Mountain, I've got you. Trish, just do the next right thing. Trish, create a small win. I am confident, courageous and capable. I can do hard things. I will create order and take action. I am a doer and I am not intimidated by what is ahead. My job is to be faithful to what I can do, and to release what I can't.  My job today is to learn, to love, and to live well. How to Exchange Your Anxious Heart for a Peaceful Heart PODCAST #415 Anxiety, or overwhelm, can make your spirit feel crushed, and your life feel stuck. I know, I've lived that life. In this podcast episode we are going to pull back the curtain on what living with anxiety looks like and talk about some effective ways to help alleviate and manage the anxiety on a daily basis that has worked for me and for my students. God invites us into a life of peace - and He can take our anxious heart and exchange it for one that is peace-filled. Let's talk about how we can step into that together in this conversation. In June I was struggling in a 25-year marriage to the father of our four kids. I couldn’t find the strength to make a change that could deeply impact our whole family. I also had a boss who had started marginalizing and demeaning me daily in my already stressful career. Between work and home life I felt like I was getting beaten down 24/7. It was exhausting and it was breaking me. Even thought I have strong spiritual life and great group of Christian friends I needed a cheerleader. I needed confidence. I "randomly" discovered your coaching and it was exactly what I needed. The first episode I listened to was "How to Have Difficult Conversations" and I was hooked. I was able to work with my husband to decide that divorce was the best thing for our whole family. We're in the thick of the process now and your weekly pep talks are getting me through. I love the way you blend faith-based statements with real life relevance. I especially like the way you provide a number of tips or steps to accent your coaching message. For busy women like me I find myself replaying those tips constantly. When I wake up on Tuesdays I’m always more energized - it's Trish Day! I listen to you on my commute into work and it sets the course for the rest of the week. Thank you for cheering me on! The Phrase that Confident People Use Most  PODCAST #414 There's a powerful phrase that confident people use that will open doors of opportunity, unleash your courage and up-level your resilience. The phrase sounds flippant, and simple, but that's exactly why it's so powerful. In fact, this phrase will help you stay present - not in the past and not in the future - for that is where the power for your confidence is most accessible. Let's dive into the phrase that confident people use the most. In this episode of The Confidence Podcast, we'll be talking about: The Phrase that Confident People Use MostHow to use it for yourself effectivelyInner self-talk to help you take action on anything, face any fear or rejection, and to build resilience    REVIEW OF THE WEEK:   God-fidence. 5-Stars, by kjenison Trish, your podcast is one that I listen to and immediately feel peace like a good therapy session. It helps you to…. -move on when you feel uncomfortable -accept rejection and move forward  -let go of the past  -not obsess about the future or outcome -be okay being radically yourself and not worrying about other people liking you It roots our feet to the present.  Confidence thrives when we are radically present.  Being present eliminates future self-doubt, overthinking, speculation and stories, some anxiety and fear of the unknown. It also releases control to God and puts us into a place where we trust that He's in control.  HOW TO USE THE PHRASE EFFECTIVELY In Business: -I'm supposed to pivot and be creative with new things -Failure is feedback -I'm more proud of my effort than of the outcome -You never know unless you ask In Personal Life: -I'm growing, and am supposed to have hiccups -I release myself from beating myself up -I am okay being different -I'm committed to living my life with my heart all in INNER TALK FOR SELF-COACHING Inner self-talk to help you take action on anything, face any fear or rejection and to build resilience  I can face anything, because I am okay with uncomfortable emotions.I will be able to manage and move on from anything unknown ahead.I am not the one "holding it all together" anyways - I trust that God is with me and that whatever is ahead will work out for my good. And so what if that happens / if they think that / if it doesn't work…. A month or so ago my friend watched a guy strut by with a posture and confidence that made her stop and say, "If I had his confidence I could rule the world." And I stopped and thought, "That's an opportunity for me. Why the heck not me?" I strive to be an inspiration and role model to my two young children and to be the person I deserve to be to be myself. This podcast has really opened my eyes and my mind and is helping me become stronger and more confidence everyday. I am so grateful to have stumbled upon your coaching and look forward to growing with you more. Thank you so much and please keep it up!    WHY IS IT SO HARD TO FORGIVE YOURSELF? Self-forgiveness is not letting yourself off the hook, or being easy on yourself.  It's understanding that unforgiveness doesn't help, and holding onto things hurts your psyche.  Guilt is a long-term decision to feel miserable for a long time. And there are deep consequences. You'll be miserable, and you'll attract other miserable people.  Difficulty forgiving also leads to heart attacks, high blood pressure and depression.  What types of self-destructive behavior can be hard to forgive? Any type that you have wanted to be free from - some examples of which are: over eating, over drinking, binging, compulsive shopping, gambling, scrolling, cutting, compulsive exercising, control, perfectionism, procrastination, smoking, toxic relationship patterns 13 WAYS TO START FORGIVING YOURSELF FOR SELF-DESTRUCTIVE BEHAVIOR Take ownership of your mistake.  Articulate how you feel.  Identify the hurt Understand what you want (peace)  Recognize unrealistic expectations  Stop living on replay mode Apologize to yourself or your body Put things into perspective Allow God in  Replace guilt with gratitude  Renew your mind Do a new thing (repent, change behavior, etc.) Rest and trust.  Unbelief makes it hard for us to forgive ourselves. -we believe in forgiveness for others -we believe that God forgives in theory -so why can't we forgive ourselves NEXT STEPS IN REBUILDING SELF-TRUST & COMPASSION …while also still maintaining and nurturing positive behavior change.

Sign up for free at www.trishblackwell.com/freeclass   REVIEW OF THE WEEK: Heart of Gratitude, kbdaffy, 5 stars The confidence podcast was recommended to me from a friend and since my first listen, I've been all in! Living most of my life convinced I was a victim had me suffocating because of self-criticism, isolation, anxiety and depression. My own mind had been my most limiting factor - I just didn't know how to do anything about it. I wanted to believe I knew God didn't want these thoughts and feelings to rule my life but I had no idea how deeply rooted a lot of my limiting beliefs were. I never would have believed that listening to one podcast episode could impact my life so greatly. I'm now part of the COC and doing coaching sessions with Trish. I can honestly say I have never thought about the power of my own thinking as intentionally as I am now. I've never experienced true peace in God's love until this year. Trish, you are one incredible human and God knows I'm so grateful for you and the work you do. Keep on encouraging and being you! God bless.    WHY WE DON'T LIKE OURSELVES -We're stuck in toxic comparison -We think we'll like ourselves when…. (Conditional liking) -We are so stuck on "there" that we don’t live in our "here" -We don’t know ourselves - we are too busy to have a relationship  -We still believe toxic words from other people about who we are -We put our identity in what we do, not who we are   Not actually liking yourself is a handicap in life. It prevents you from showing up as your real self, as fully alive and as capable to play the role in the world that you were created to play. It positions you with a victim mindset - whoa is me, everything is hard, if only I were different - and it makes us passive to being able to embrace and control what we can. It poisons our mental wellbeing, driving us into more anxiety-driven behaviors, fear, hiding and self-sabotage.    HOW TO START LIKING YOURSELF #1: GET TO KNOW YOURSELF  BY ASKING GOOD QUESTIONS         -Question what you have taken for granted and assumed -Question those around you -Question yourself, take personality tests -Question what God has you on Earth for -Question who you are supposed to help -Question why you reject yourself  #2 SPEND TIME WITH YOURSELF -Through journaling

Emma aaa This podcast is 11/10. She goes above and beyond in each topic she talks about. I take her advice and run with it in everyday life. Success is ALWAYS guaranteed. Love you, love your word, love the show.    WHY HAVE WE LOST OUR VOICE? Don't let what someone said steal your destiny from you. It's time to stop aligning yourself with what people have said about you and instead identify yourself by what God says about you. (And He says that you have purpose, you are unique, you are his masterpiece, you are his child, you have specific talent, you are loved, and you are never alone.)  Typically, there is a moment in our past that we felt unsafe after using our voice.  -you got made fun of; told that there was something wrong with you -you said something awkward -you didn't have parents or role models who built you up -you heard more prohibitory language than affirmative language in your house -you felt overshadowed by another personality you grew up around -you learned that the people around you weren't listening, so you felt like it didn't matter -you spoke up, but an abuser in your life didn't listen Speaking up and using your voice doesn't feel safe. But it is less safe to stay silent and to sulk in the shadows of life.   What got me started? I knew I had a moral obligation to start speaking up - through writing first, and then speaking. I felt the pull on my soul and in my desire, but it was too hard to do. I was tremendously uncomfortable and resistant with it - the thought filled me with shame.I saw someone else be brave and it inspired me. (after I spent years hiding the book)I wanted to be someone who did brave things, and I knew how much Roth had helped me, I knew I couldn't with good conscious stay silent and "safe" anymore.  Geneen Roth's Book:  Breaking Free From Emotional Eating: https://amzn.to/30iX7QW   HOW TO HAVE A VOICE AND START USING IT You'll feel the itch.  But you'll question your right to itch it. Go on, itch it, it will relieve something deep in your soul. We speak up and use our voice, not just for ourselves, but for those like us who still feel stuck and silenced.  Recognize that what you have to say matters. Realize that your voice can help others. Remember that words give life - and bringing yours to the surface births life.  Start practicing. Know it will be awkward. You will feel emotionally exposed and hungover.

Fear of not being able to change.-I engaged in this behavior for years because I felt like I was letting God down, and then I felt overlooked by God because He wasn't healing me from my struggle in the way I wanted or expected; I was afraid I was broken and unable to change or be changed. By LizKU124 Trish and her podcast have changed my life. Her positivity, fresh perspectives, insight, knowledge and experiences have helped me to grow as a person and become less anxious and more confident. She adds in the perfect amount of spiritual content to supplement her teachings, and I know that whenever I start my day with The Confidence Podcast, it's going to be a great day. Thank you Trish for your ongoing encouragement that you share and for helping me to become a better, more confident version of myself!    HOW DOES JEALOUSY SHOW UP? Comparison Inadequacy Dieting Relationships Low self-esteem Feelings of insecurity  Uncertainty Worth issues Different statements that express jealousy that you might not expect: I just feel behind ... I should be doing more .... They seem to have it all together ... They know what they're doing .... I wish I had it as easy as .... Must be nice ...  They're so lucky ... Jealousy turns our eyes outward - and sets our hearts up for a state of constant comparison. Comparison detracts us from being able to be present, engaged and confident. Bottom line: If you want to be confident, you have to ruthlessly eliminate jealousy from your heart     HOW TO ELIMINATE JEALOUSY 1. Pay attention to where it pops up in your life. 2. Call it what it is .... don't flower it up. 3. Surrender your heart and pray for cleansing. 4. Guard your thoughts - and parent your phone!  5. Proactively give praise for all that you have and all that you are  6. Understand that you have an isolated narrative 7. Everyone has a story - honor yours and honor theirs 8. Ask yourself, do you want to live with a heart of abundant joy, or of anxious lack?  Ultimately, jealousy can be minimized if you follow the tenants of The Confidence Formula -Slow down -Simplify -Strategize    JEALOUSY IN RELATIONSHIPS 1. I have been listening to this podcast for the past two years and I cannot emphasize how much Trish has helped me in my personal growth/mental health/eating disorder recovery journeys. I have done YEARS of therapy and was in inpatient treatment for an eating disorder and I can honestly say this podcast has helped me in probably more ways than those other things. Trish speaks to me in a way that I feel like no one else can relate. Like half of the time I am like, are we like the same person lol. If you haven't listened, you NEED to. This lady knows what she's talking about and can give you PRACTICAL ways to deal with life challenges. I cannot say enough good things about this podcast. Thank you Trish for all that you do. You are making an impact in this world.    QUICK BONUS COACHING MOMENT: We're going to go back to the basics here, and we're going to have a conversation around how to get your neurons firing together so that your brain and thoughts get wired in the way we want --- with a powerful, victorious mindset. It starts with a base layer: belief. I believe I can do hard things. Next, up the pyramid ...I will not avoid doing hard things, because I understand that hard things are part of life. Then, the next ascending layer...I am good at doing hard things. Finally... I like to do hard things.  Get the full coaching hour immediately when you join the College of Confidence. Also - our newest course, Turning Your Trials into Triumphs is getting rave reviews, like what Amber recently said: "Your trials to triumph course is phenomenal. Enroll today at www.collegeofconfidence.com   HOW TO APPEAR MORE CONFIDENT THAN YOU ACTUALLY ARE Do people that appear extremely confident really feel that way? Is it an act? Do they ever feel what I feel?  You don't have to be the best. You don't have to know what you're doing. You just have to be yourself. You will appear most confident when you are most yourself and most relaxed. How, so, how do you do that? Smile. Reassure yourself. Get to know yourself. Stand comfortably. Have open posture and body language.  Do things and take action.  How do I do this? As a confidence coach, you might think I have mastered confidence, but I haven't. Confidence is a relationship - a spiritual practice almost - that I will be exploring and expanding my entire life. I aspire to have a thick skin and tender heart. I aspire to be the friendliest person in a room. I aspire to smile more than anyone else I know. I aspire to be consistently, openly and unapologetically myself. I aspire to do the things that scare, intimidate or overwhelm me.
How to Stop Putting Pressure On Yourself Podcast #407 Putting pressure on yourself doesn't work. In fact, it's a surefire way to wreck your confidence, spiral in overthinking, and lose your joy to comparison and jealousy. Putting pressure on yourself is a false prophet that we have convinced ourselves will lead us to the success crave. But maybe our definition of success is skewed? Maybe there is a way to live free from the pressure, the guilt, the anxiety, the comparison, the feeling behind, and feeling inadequate?  This podcast episode will dive into exactly that and more. Get the full show notes at www.trishblackwell.com/407 In this episode of The Confidence Podcast we're talking about: Why we put pressure on ourselves in the first place, and why it's not just not working, but reverse workingThe connection between pressure and guilt5 things you can do today to start shifting the internal conversation in your mind   REVIEW OF THE WEEK: One Step at at Time - 5 Stars Miss E Room 135 Trish1 I am a teacher and thoroughly enjoy the luxury of having summers off. However, as much as I look forward to summer break I always find myself in a weird place as it forces me to process my emotions and face myself. That began as reading my Bible daily and lifting weights consistently. Early on in June I stumbled upon your podcast and am SO THANKFUL for it. I binge listened to the first couple of weeks and now have made the College of Confidence and Tuesday podcast part of my weekly routine. I often say Amen girl! Am feeling so uplifted as I hear your words!    WHY WE PUT PRESSURE ON OURSELVES IN THE FIRST PLACE We think we aren't motivated if we don't. We think we're behind or not enough. We think our feelings dictate ours lives, not vice versa. We aren't doing the thought work we need. We aren't making time to think and journal and be coached. We aren't stretching our belief systems to believe in change.  Ultimately, we are in a constant state of dissatisfaction.  How do you know if you're putting too much pressure on yourself? -you wake with anxiety -you let your failures or fears keep you from trying -you don't think you're good enough -you feel stressed out all the time. -you have unrealistic expectations -you always want more or feel like you should do more  -you can't relax  -you think your life will be better when you just achieve the next thing   WHY DOES THE PRESSURE NOT WORK? It chokes our confidence.  It directs us to chase the wrong definition of success. It subconsciously communicates to us that we aren't naturally motivated - we don't trust ourselves. It speaks more of pessimism than of optimism.  It makes us feel like we're behind where we should be.    HOW DOES IT ACTUALLY REVERSE-WORK? It tarnishes the real definition of success - and our ability to live life well.Success is not found in achievement or accumulation - not even in status. Success is a state of the soul. It is the pursuit of living life, with all you have been given, faithfully and fully.  Pressure pinches the flow of our best life.  (Think about pinching a hose).    THE CONNECTION BETWEEN PRESSURE AND GUILT       Guilt drives us to dark places of shame and stuckness.   For me, with pressure, there was an innate message to myself that I had to go all in all the time otherwise I would fail or drift off course. The drifting scared me because I didn't trust myself. Therefore, the more pressure I put on myself, the more dramatic it felt when I didn't do things perfectly.   Pressure communicates an unspoken expectation of perfection.    So, when I wasn't perfect, the tsunami of guilt swept me up.    Now, when I'm pressuring myself to be beyond where I am at the moment, these help: Delight and distraction contradict one another.  What's the rush, I'm not in a hurry? God, I trust you with my pace and my place.
How to Be Okay with People Not Liking You Podcast #406 In this episode of The Confidence Podcast, we're talking about: The fact that you are indeed likable, even when you feel like the odd-ball out or an only awkward oneThe reasons behind why we like some people and not others, and vice versaHow to be okay with people not liking you ---- and what to do about it   REVIEW OF THE WEEK: Trish Blackwell is inspiring - 5 Stars by HessMart I can't believe it took me so long to find Trish Blackwell. I've struggled my whole life with self-confidence, I'm 45-years old. I am learning so many tips from her. She's teaching me how to love myself. I have a very strong Christian faith and she sprinkles in the word of God but doesn't overdo it. Even if you're not a Christian, you will adore her and will feel more confidence from the first podcast you listen to.   MOST PEOPLE LIKE YOU First, let it be said that probably most people you know like you. And then there are those people who you don't think like you, who really are just having a bad day or need a smile or an attitude shift. (Example - receptionist at new pediatrician, cold to me, irritated and short ... but with kindness, she became kind. - we've got to be patient and extend grace to people --- we never know what's really going on where we can't see).  The other percentage of people who maybe aren't overly "nice" to you are sometimes just: -distracted -busy -self-focused -anxious -insecure We often misinterpret people's distraction as a reaction and rating on who we are in their eyes.  Finally, there's the group of people that we self-assume don't like us. The people we feel different from that we convince ourselves that because of our differences we don't have commonalities. And this of course, couldn't be further from the true. But - a note on being different. We all feel different. And it's a weird feeling - it creates a deep state of internal tension. But, friend, please know, this is quite universal. It doesn't mean you're weird. It means that you need to attribute new value to the word and descriptor "different."  Side note: in 2020 a lot of us are being different - each interpreting our situations, our priorities and our goals through mixed information. It feels awful, but embrace that place. I'm learning the spiritual gift of accepting being on the outside - on the fringe - on being different because it is forcing me to be okay with people not liking my decisions, potentially judging me or talking about me behind my back, or the like. It's okay to do life differently.  In fact, being different inspires me. I don't want to live like the world: stressed, behind, anxious, insecure, chaotic and seeking whatever next high will fill my soul.  I want a hurry-free life. I want a slow life. I want a deep life.  I work with my entrepreneurs on this - lifestyle choices that are different are okay --- like having boundaries with your hours, taking a day of complete rest ---- let people have their opinion and you stick to yours.    PEOPLE LIKING OR NOT LIKING YOU IS NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS   What people think about you is none of your business. What is your business? -Your thoughts -Your decisions -Your actions -Your purpose -Your kindness -Your showing up in this world No one likes a busybody or nosey neighbor. So why do we think it's okay to be like that internally, even if we're the only ones who know it? The more I've studied confidence, and the more I feel secure as my relationship with God deepens, the more I am coming to understand that if I live my life in a way that everyone likes me, then I am doing something wrong. It means that I'm not standing for anything - that I waver and cater to every opinion - that I'm building my life upon the sand, not upon a firm foundation. Think about someone you know who tries to have everyone like them...

I was looking for a podcast to seriously help my confidence and change my perspective on the world and I'm so happy I came across this. I love her and her positivity and how helpful every little sentence in the podcast is! I've sent it to friends and family and they love it as well. Thank you! I've changed and learned so much!    HOW TO BE CONFIDENT ON YOUR OWN IN A RELATIONSHIP   If you're a word of affirmation person, this almost seems like a contradiction, but I promise you, it's possible. You must be willing to be yourself -and to be honest. 1. Know yourself. Be yourself. 2. Have confidence about what you bring to the relationship. 3. Give yourself confidence - through journaling, through taking action, through coaching, through spending time with God, through challenging yourself, etc. 4. Ask for what you need - and be honest about how compliments encourage you.I spoon fed my husband what he needs to say to encourage me. How did I figure it out? I had to first know what I needed.  All relationships need time together and time apart. Allow one another to go do their own thing - to fill their bucket, and then also prioritize filling your bucket as a couple. Make your relationships baseline foundation open communication. Communicate about everything - the more you communicate, the more confidence you will have. Be patient though, every partnership communicates differently.  Be willing to be emotionally brave - to talk about uncomfortable things. Do you want a better sex life? Talk about it, it detail. Explore it together and be honest.Do you want more intimacy? Let your partner know ways to connect in this way - and that you are feeling disconnected.Do you want an unbreakable marriage? Put your marriage first. Make it your top priority. And, ya'll, be ready to not only be on the communicating end of this but also the receiving end. At times, this will not just be hard but will hurt. Brandon recently said he missed me - he is often the one who points out that we are living side-by-side instead of intertwined together. I so badly want to brush it off, but he craves quality time - and it matters to make that my top priority.    TRUSTING PEOPLE, BEING VULNERABLE,

I hope you're celebrating with lots of bubbles and very celebratory "champagne moments," as any prosecco-loving Francophile should! Your voice is my favorite in the self-enrichment sphere: science-supported methods to change your thoughts and actual brain neural pathways, but practically delivered for implementation. I am a newer nurse working nights and when I get behind at 3 am and can feel myself on the verge of a breakdown and completely unraveling, I am choosing better thoughts (like "forward is a pace," and "I can do hard things," two fav Trish Blackwell-isms.) These are times I'm very tempted to beat myself up, and then go home analyzing all of the things I didn't do perfectly or even ideally or fast enough over the long night shift. (Or the self-judgment from the exhaustion and lack of "perfection" in my energy levels and task-oriented effectiveness lately at home) I always go to your podcast when I need positive insight and something encouraging - the perfect pairing for my walk with the dogs. Just - thank you, Trish! Congratulations on 400 episodes! Your words and insight mean so much to me and my brain. SPONSORSHIP: BETTERHELPIs there something interfering with your happiness? Listen, most of us heard this limiting statement: "money doesn't grow on trees" but it does. In fact, you'll learn just how money does grow on trees. My experiment with Ellie: we planted a money tree. And you can too! Click here to watch the video.  Click here to check out Ellie's Snail Mail Lemonade website, the work of. a 5-year-old entrepreneur who believes in money trees. Here's why Money Trees does grow on trees: -We can create our own opportunities -We can make something come from nothing -We have to believe something is out there in order to step into it   REFRAMING SCARCITY INTO ABUNDANCE There's nothing wrong with the lessons our parents taught us; but if you want to break generational limitations, you're the girl for the job. This podcast has absolutely changed my life. I dealt with a difficult situation with a loved one a few years ago and it smashed my confidence. My wife recommended you to me as sorta a lifeline and it has been that. I've learned so much about confidence, loving myself, and faith from you. It's sent me on the path to be a more confident, capable person, who's fully willing to get my Eleanor Rossevelt on each day, lol. Thank you so much for your wisdom and your efforts. You truly change lives.
