Chong Li has stoic charisma. He is a bad mofo you just never mess with at anytime. If you are willing to inflict pain and suffering just for the hell of it, then there is no shot at redemption. Chong Li may be the worst villain in these episodes because he simply does whatever is necessary to get his way and hurt people. We all can have sympathy for the morally complex villain who tears down only to try and rebuild for a better tomorrow. There is something so absolutely terrifying to me when someone who is just bigger and stronger than you can hurt you just because he feels like it.
