Description

In Washington, politicians are full of half-truths and hot air. They do little more than grandstanding by spouting off talking points and spin. The Conservative Review with Daniel Horowitz is here to help you cut through the rhetoric and noise and explore the politically right way to think about the issues .

We can’t unilaterally disarm in the battle of the courts when courts, unfortunately, decide every important political issue. If the Left is going to pressure judges to rule one way, then we need to play hardball with them as well. Today, I delve into yet more hypocrisy from the Trump-appointed Supreme Court justices who eagerly grant standing to the Left and take up their appeals to strike down red-state laws but then deny our appeals or standing to sue Democrat overreach in the political branches. We use the oral arguments in the chemical abortion drug case as a perfect example. I also discuss how we have no strategy to mobilize a successful political movement on a single issue because it’s at odds with the economics of political discourse.  Learn more about your ad choices. First, we start off with a brief analysis of the Baltimore bridge collapse and how we all expect it to take years to rebuild because we have become accustomed to regression in society and economy. Next, we delve into the only hope for creating a new party, and that is growing the state Freedom Caucus network. I focus on Wyoming and South Carolina as great examples. Unless we change things, GOP supermajorities will be worthless in checking the federal leviathan. We’re joined by Adam Morgan, chairman of the South Carolina Freedom Caucus, who is now running for Congress against an incumbent. He explains why it is vital that we demand to know whether candidates will join the Freedom Caucus or not. Otherwise, everyone will just run on our issues but will be worthless in Congress or the legislature because they are too scared to fight leadership. Morgan vividly paints a picture of how the Freedom Caucus is creating the much-needed contrast and inspiration in the South Carolina legislature and why people like him in higher office can help use their platform to elevate our guys over the uniparty.  Learn more about your ad choices. Whether it’s the biomedical security state, the invasion, inflation, indoctrination, or the weaponization against political opponents, there is now zero backstop against the Biden administration. I go through the immediate fallout of the omnibus bill and how Speaker Johnson will now push more funding for Ukraine in a stand-alone bill and would be willing to pass it even with a minority of GOP support. This is why it’s better to vacate the chair, even if that means having no speaker for the remainder of the term. Next, I go through a series of new academic papers from the top medical journals showing a shocking level of cancers, neurological damage, and stillbirths from the COVID shots. The world is focused on Princess Kate’s cancer diagnosis, but nobody is willing to ask why so many young people are getting cancer.  Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices
Today, Speaker Johnson politically screwed us in broad daylight by passing the worst bill of all time against the will of a majority of the GOP conference. I go into great detail about how this was our best opportunity to win both politically and on the border. It’s also indefensible how nobody is calling on Trump to use his clout to oppose this stuff. If we don’t focus on down-ballot primaries and making red states red, nothing will matter regardless of what happens in November. I paint a vivid picture as to what will happen even if Trump wins the election unless we build a parallel movement. The best thing we can do is to change state party rules on how primaries are conducted. We have the ability to change red-state GOP members this cycle if we only paid attention.  Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices
On today’s show, we broach the topic conservatives have been avoiding for way too long. There is an undeniable systemic war on white people in every aspect of culture, society, law, and policy. We’re joined by Jeremy Carl, a senior fellow at the Claremont Institute, who has written the definitive book on this topic: "The Unprotected Class: How Anti-White Racism Is Tearing America Apart." He discusses his clarion call to boldly expose and shame every aspect of the anti-white hatred and discrimination, which has now turned into a slow-motion cultural genocide. We discuss the origins and consequences of this concerted effort, particularly as it relates to immigration policy. Carl warns that if we don’t restore true equality, we will suffer a reactionary response and be sandwiched in between warring racial factions.  Learn more about your ad choices. Today, I unpack the insidious ploy of Justices Kavanaugh and Barrett to get the Fifth Circuit to reverse its stay on the injunction against Texas immigration enforcement. They are trying to ensure states are stripped of the right to self-defense but also want their fingerprints off it. This demonstrates that they are subject to pressure and shame from the Right, which is why it is vital that red states get together and pass legislation to enforce immigration, while telegraphing the message to the courts: “Get off our lawn.” Part of this is how states should assert a public health emergency with illegal aliens coming from countries full of diseases and then point out the legal and political hypocrisy of the courts regarding a state’s public health powers to block travel. I also go through the shocking details of the Johnson budget betrayal, as well as the fact that Johnson keeps winning primaries for the establishment, often with Trump’s help. We have a serious problem that demands answers. What do you do when we have a federal judiciary – with GOP appointees – that contorts fundamental rights beyond belief? What do you do when society wrongly views the courts as the sole and final expositor of the Constitution? Today, I go through several cases in the federal courts yesterday. Taken together, it appears that they are prepared to grant a right to invade the country but deny parental rights and First Amendment rights for Americans. The same courts who believed that states could block entry of Americans for public health are suddenly repudiating state police powers. Where is our breaking point? Nobody on the Right seems to have a plan that actually speaks to the severity of what is confronting us.  Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices
Gangs, terrorists, child rapists, and cannibals, oh my! How hard is it for Republicans to engage in a budget fight over the invasion this week? I go through the central talking points a sane party would harness into a shutdown fight. We are bringing in millions of people from the countries that pose the greatest strategic threat to our neighborhoods. This is how you win back the suburban vote. Yet it’s all about the soap opera and distractions. Don’t think things are much better in red states. We’re joined today by Oklahoma state Senator Nathan Dahm, who is filibustering the state budget because the GOP leaders in the legislature refuse to hold hearings on worthwhile legislation. Dahm, who is a policy innovator with a number of good ideas, laments how his leadership offers more hearings to Democrat bills … in ruby-red Oklahoma! He also explains some of his ideas to rein in the state bureaucracies and to protect the citizens from federal tyranny. Dahm also touts his signature bill to end the practice of anchor babies in red states.  Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices
Today, we mark the grim four-year anniversary of COVID fascism. I offer a holistic view on where we are and assess what has happened to us politically, legally, medically, and economically. We now know that the FDA knew these shots would kill, yet nobody has been held accountable. Chip Roy has a bill to begin holding people accountable. Later on, we are joined by Edward Down, a financial services data expert, who has taken the lead in gathering all of the data on excess deaths and disability to show the devastation of the vaccines. He proves through multiple statistical analyses that there have been 1.1 million excess deaths and 2.4 million excess disabilities associated with the shots that perfectly correlate with both the timing of the vaccine’s release and the mandate later in 2021. Now, we are seeing an explosion of excess cancers both in the U.S. and U.K. May God have mercy on us.  Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices
We have a movement that loves grifting off the pain of Americans without actually doing anything about it. We all recognize that the invasion and the political persecutions are existential threats to our existence, yet where is the plan of the conservative industry as it pursues influence-peddling on personalities rather than strategic outcomes? I first explain this through the prism of the latest news on the invasion. Then we’re joined by FBI whistleblower Steve Friend to explain how the GOP has utterly failed to deal with the political targeting issue. He has now changed his focus to the red states and has introduced a bill in Tennessee, SB 2804/HB2912, to ban local law enforcement from being deputized into joint terrorism task forces. Steve’s objective is to place the local sheriffs in the driver’s seat so they can decide which information to share with the FBI rather than local officers being sworn to silence against the elected sheriff while working on political targeting under the guise of counterterrorism. If all political stars and whistleblowers would focus on outcomes like Steve rather than on getting a viral moment, we’d actually relieve some of the pain we all claim to experience at the hands of our corrupt government.  Learn more about your ad choices. We are constantly entreated to accept false choices, and what to do about the budget insanity is no different. No, we are not going to solve inflation by merely cutting woke programs, foreign aid, and illegal immigration. At the same time, it’s morally and politically untenable to dive head first into Social Security and Medicare without first holistically fixing health care and the economy. I explain a “pie the corner” approach to first tackle the most indefensible and politically less popular mandatory and discretionary programs first. We’re joined by Rep. Bob Good (R-Va.) who explains how the failure of leadership to tackle the budget in a balanced way has allowed us to miss easy opportunities to start making a dent in the budget insolvency, which leaves us now with false choices. He also discusses the need to fight Biden on his anti-Israel policies, as well as building a bench of more Freedom Caucus members.   Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices
Increasingly, Trump is going all in for the corporate wing of the GOP. I go through the disturbing pattern of policies and endorsements that indicate Trump’s leftward shift is about a lot more than RINO flattery. He is desperate for cash and is willing to do anything for it. It’s part of the broader problem of how conservatives fight on things in the abstract, such as inflation, invasion, and corporatism, but then when it comes to the tangible fight, they are subversive. The corporate interests are influencing red state primaries and legislation, yet at a time when we need a party leader to fight them, he is joining them. Finally, I tackle the latest news on inflation and how it’s criminal that Republicans can’t engage in a budget battle with political tailwinds on the economy that are as strong as the momentum against the border invasion.  Learn more about your ad choices. In today’s action-packed show, I go to town on Tennessee’s attorney general for declaring its state sovereignty bill unconstitutional. I offer the definitive analysis of why the notions of federal and judicial supremacism of constitutional interpretation are both wrong and harmful to liberty. Also, building off Ecclesiastes 8:11 — that when punishment of evil is not meted out swiftly it encourages that same evil — I explain why Republican hesitancy to fight the border invasion now will have the perverse result of making illegal immigration more popular. Obamacare is a great historical example of this political science phenomenon. Finally, I address the sickening beatdown of a white girl in St. Louis and call for mandatory sentencing on juvenile violent beatings. This is a pervasive problem that needs to be rooted out, yet states have gone soft on juvenile violence for fear of offending black people. This is counterproductive to everyone and will only breed more resentment.  Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices
First, I analyze the SOTU address and show how Biden is crushing Republicans while Katie Britt and Donald Trump embarrassed us. Trump is still pimping the vaccines, which demonstrates the need for some tough love. Next, I present the most important bill of our time – IOWA SF 2108 – which will direct the state to create gold-backed savings and checking accounts where consumers can pay vendors with debit cards in dollars but have the account backed by gold. Its author, Iowa state Sen. Kevin Alons (R), joins us today to explain why this is the most politically and practically feasible way to create a de facto gold standard to rival the feds and change the entire relationship of the people and the state with the federal government. By controlling the currency, we will win every political fight and evacuate ourselves from the financial titanic that the Great Reset has created.  Learn more about your ad choices. Given that we have an ineffective and distracted industry that sleeps through primaries and policy fights, we continue to see demonic policies persist in red states. I go through examples of egregious left-wing Republicans and policies in places like Wyoming, Oklahoma, and South Dakota. But there is an Indiana child custody case that takes the cake. We’re joined today by Joe Davis, legal counsel at Becket for the Cox family, who had their child removed from them for three years. What was their crime? The Indiana Department of Child Services accused them of abuse for not calling their son, who suffered from mental illness, by a female name! The state of Indiana is actually siding with the agency against Becket as they take the case to the Supreme Court. We discuss the importance of reforming the due process laws in family court and the need to put an end to this demonic policy in red states.   Learn more about your ad choices. Last night, there were two electoral trends. In the Texas state House races, an unprecedented 17 incumbents were either defeated or drawn into runoffs. On the other hand, elsewhere in Texas and around the country, we saw a pretty generic pro-incumbent result. What gives? We’re joined today by Wade Miller, executive director of Citizens for Renewing America and longtime Texas grassroots activist, who interprets the results for us. He notes that we benefited from a perfect storm of well-placed candidates, the Paxton impeachment, and endorsements from Trump and Abbott on the side of the grassroots that was enough to create a sea change. This could happen elsewhere if we only tried to replicate it. However, in many states, that will require us to push more of a convention model for primaries. Either way, the lesson of Super Tuesday is that we get exactly what we fight for and no more. We will not change the party or the country on its own by being lazy and apathetic or getting drugged by “hopium.” Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices
In fact, the Colorado ruling is nothing compared to how the non-Thomas/Alito judges are screwing us on issue after issue. I discuss some new cases that fit into a pattern of Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Barrett eagerly taking up left-wing appeals from good lower court rulings while ignoring right-leaning appeals from bad lower court rulings. Be very afraid of the Supreme Court screwing us over on woke issues in red states, as well as state-based enforcement. I make the case for why MAGA should have demanded the speaker affirm in the budget bill the right of states to enforce immigration law. Also, I provide a preview for Super Tuesday primaries to watch for. Unfortunately, Trump has screwed us on so many endorsements but refuses to help us when we need him most, even against never-Trump candidates and even when good incumbents are being targeted by McCarthy.  Learn more about your ad choices. This is the week we will be sold out on the budget. I explain how east it would be to win a funding fight over inflation and the border, but alas, conservative media couldn’t care less. Later on, we’re joined by Joseph Humire, executive director of the Center for a Secure Free Society and one of the foremost experts on Latin American affairs, who warns that Biden has let in the fastest-growing, most dangerous transnational gang. Humire warns that Tren de Aragua thrives on sex trafficking, retail theft, violence, and delegitimizing of law enforcement. The gang destroyed so many Latin American countries and now is doing the same thing inside the U.S. He gives us a spellbinding presentation on how the Biden administration has imported every element that has taken down Latin America and is now doing the bidding of both the Venezuelan government and the Iranian government. In this respect, Tren de Aragua is worse than MS-13 because it is a conduit for a terrorist government actor.  Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices
We talk about the GOP establishment in the abstract, we talk about the border in the abstract, we talk about inflation in the abstract, we talk about FBI weaponization in the abstract, but when the ball is actually in play in real time to affect the ultimate outcomes on those issues in vivid, specific ways, not only are we MIA, but while our own heroes, aka Trump, are scoring touchdowns for the other side, we are cheering them on. Today, I explain how Trump is gratuitously endorsing every RINO we try to defeat because McCarthy and Johnson call in airstrikes. It’s also how Johnson is able to get away with selling us out on the budget and how red-state RINO governors are able to use Trump to avoid pressure to pass good legislation. I have no problem with people voting for Trump, especially against Biden, but I do have a problem with those who refuse to pressure him to the right or at least help fight on the issues and primaries where Trump is harming us. I challenge people like that to explain how they hope to achieve their own stated goals with Trump carpet-bombing any effective way to actualize those stated objectives. Or is this all just one big vanity grift? Also, I give the details of how the House and Senate GOP deviously screwed us yesterday and have now funded the Fourth Reich indefinitely, even as our government has grabbed our very own Steve Baker in a way that would make Putin blush.  Learn more about your ad choices. So many conservatives are happy about McConnell retiring and the news about the Supreme Court taking up Trump’s case. I explain why both of those issues are a distraction and will not necessarily end well for us. The real story of the day is the final budget betrayal of the House GOP taking place today. We’re joined by Rep. Chip Roy (R-Texas) who explains that not only are Republicans scared more of a government shutdown than of losing the country, but they downright support more spending and funding for Ukraine. Also, this is the first time when Republicans are not only funding the status quo bad policies but also giving away $70 billion in non-defense spending cuts that they get for free. At the end of the day, the GOP leaders are a reflection of the rank-and-file members, and they are a reflections of the ADHD of conservative media that elevates soap operas and distractions over actually achieving results – both in primaries and policy outcomes.  Learn more about your ad choices. https://www.cancer.gov/about-cancer/screening/research/what-screening-statistics-mean many of the screenings for cancer actively cause harm, biopsy can sometimes spread cancer, mammograms actually cause women to get slightly more breast cancer, colonoscopy misses much cancer because the flat lesions that are like 5x as carcinogenic than polyps are much harder to spot , kills people from perforated colons, actively ruins the microbiome,ct scans have as much radiation as 80-200 x-rays.

overall a very good show, but I'm not buying his explanation for the decline in flu, I'm sure that he is seeing bigger cancers, but early detection has done almost nothing for cancers death, google" lead time bias" ,we have actually made very little progress in cancer mortality since the 1970s, we just find it sooner. also he really seemed to take it easy on rt pcr tests, probably because that's part of his own lunch box.
