About Nicole
Nicole has extensive experience working with football clubs, players, agencies, rights holders, and sponsors. Starting out as a player, then a coach, she moved into the business side of the game and has worked at sports organisations such as Kantar Sport, The English Football League, The Fan Experience Company and Tottenham Hotspur Women as General Manager.
Nicole is now Co-owner and Chairperson of Worcester City Women FC, an independent women's football club with an ambitious vision to be one of the Uk's leading women's football clubs. She also runs her own consultancy dedicated to women's football, NA Sport, which focuses on football education and supporting female players in their careers off the pitch.
How many of us are delaying things because we are waiting for the quiet, for the calm, for the chaos and crisis to die down before we make the changes we say we want to create?
