Sean O'Brien hung out with Brando and Afton today and we made sure he did not get his fragrance all over Courtney's headphones. We covered a lot of ground today including Wheel of Questions and we announced the winner of our grand prize in A Very Courtney Christmas.See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
It's Courtney's first day of Thanksgiving break so Brando and Afton had to hold down the fort. Thankfully our good buddy Greg Warren came in to sit in Courtney's chair, but he made sure not to do an impression of her. Tim showed up much later than Greg but got a lot of credit for bringing laughs to the show and Greg didn't approve of that. We also shared our Tuesday Tidbits, learned about the “fork parfait” and gave away two prizes for A Very Courtney Christmas.See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
Courtney is only working one day ahead of the holiday so what time did she check out? You be the judge. And speaking of judging, Afton shut down Courtney's attempt at a a nice Strong Opinion and Courtney called Brando out his take not being strong at all. It was a Fri-Yay to remember! We did a thorough recap on yesterday's company Thanksgiving potluck, had Kathleen Madigan call in from Iowa to talk about her Amazon special that drops today and we got to chat with LLL, Traffic Overlord, Big Country Lance when he stopped by for Missed Connections. See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
Our friend Megan from the St. Louis Blues stopped by to talk about all of their fun upcoming promotions and cool giveaways so you know we had to ask her for her thoughts on Hallmark Christmas movies so far this season. She did not disappoint. Tim also hung out for a bit, which is always fun. And Courtney named names in Afton's Court's Court case against a co-worker from our sister station. We already had a surprise guest for Who's On The Hotline planned but we got another surprise on the show when Greg Warren just happened to be walking through the Hubbard hallway and stopped in to hang out with us. We also answered the Wheel of Questions and waited until the last possible minute for A Very Courtney Christmas. Thanks to a discussion about outdated slang we still use, we learned that Courtney says "pew" when something stinks. Who says that?!? We also shared our Tuesday tidbits, talked about a list of hobbies people say attract pretentious people and got a bunch of texts about the annoying things in life that are your "cause of death."See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
What's the deal with the Chicken McGriddle? Is it a thing? Is it available all day? In the app? Not in the app? Turns out everyone thinks they know the answer but we're not sure anyone does. Plus we have Strong Opinions about including your name when you text, sniping during movies and the "yucky cookie plate." And A Very Courtney Christmas continues. Wow, what a Friday! We had Randy Sklar in studio and he really made us laugh this morning! He and his brother Jason are comedians, writers and actors originally from St. Louis and we talked about all the STL nostalgia. We also had an egg-cellent Finally Friday Song from Brando and got The Ick with Lance. Such a fun and jam-packed show!See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
Our Thursday was derailed in the best possible way when Josh from Biscuit Town came by with delicious breakfast sandwiches. Afton didn't want to do What's Poppin' and Brando was biscuit drunk on the air. We also made a quick, unanimous ruling in Court's Court and mourned the end of the penny in Brando's Randos.See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

Spoiler alert: Leanne Morgan was our special suprise guest for Who's On The Hotline. She was so funny and she just loves our friend Greg Warren so much! We also spun the Wheel of Questions and it's day two of A Very Courtney Christmas and our winner was very, very excited! The first day of A Very Courtney Christmas kicked off this morning and as we were doing a video of the tree in the studio, we discovered a funny surprise plastered all over the room. Plus Tim Convy stopped by to give us all of the insider details from Nikki Glaser's "SNL" hosting debut!See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
It was a busy Monday for The Courtney Show! Not only are we on the cusp of A Very Courtney Christmas, we also announced a fun talent show event we're doing with The Rizzuto Show on our sister station. Plus, we had some Strong Opinions on sports streaming services, concert merch and tow trucks. We've also decided to save up and buy Jim Edmonds' 8.99 million dollar mansion. The One With Two Gregs

The One With Two Gregs

As if Thursday with Greg Warren wasn't enough, he came back for round two and brought another Greg with him. Greg Garcia, the creator of some of our favorite shows - "Raising Hope," "My Name Is Earl," and more - joined us today. He's hosting some of Greg Warren's shows this weekend and he hung out to talk all things comedy and TV writing. We had a blast! Plus, Brando had another incredible Finally Friday Song.See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
Our good friend Greg Warren stopped by today, fresh off working on a project with Nate Bargatze in Nashville. Greg cracked us up all morning but things really got off the rails during What's Poppin'. Plus we talk about math, the moon (yes, again), and shady places you've received a medical or cosmetic procedure. See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
Do you eat apples straight from the fridge? Courtney is disappointed that this topic is the most exciting thing going on in her life. Thankfully, Tic Tac flavors in Food Court, moon water in Brando's Randos, baked potato skins in Wheel of Questions, and Christmas decoration debates in Numbers brought some extra pizzazz to the show. See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
Between a Blues win and the super moon, seems like the crabbiness from yesterday melted away on the text line and that made us happy. We shared our Tuesday Tidbits, talked about Google's top searched gifts and learned how we can use Chat GPT to improve our lives - not just write our emails. See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
Did the time change make everyone grumpy this morning? Sure seemed like it based on the text line activity today. But, we carried on anyway with a recap of all things Halloween, another GTG'er winning $1,000 and our Strong Opinions. See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
Halloween on a Friday means a jam-packed show! We had an ode to parents on Halloween for Brando's Finally Friday Song. Lance stopped by for Missed Connections and he read a word wrong which led to a hilarious interpretation of one of the entries. We also finally got to taste Afton's favorite - the Braeutigam's apple cider donuts. And we wrapped up another season of Spooky Sound Effects Theater with an appearance by The Muffin Man.See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
In today's Spooky Sound Effects Theater we had a special guest playing the character of Winkles the Clown. We also weighed in on teenagers trick-or-treating in Court's Court, heard about your weak sauce injuries on the text line and took at look at What's Poppin' this weekend.
