The Creator Studio Podcast sits down with Jyl Bonaguro, sculptor and playwright. We discuss this self-taught polymath's story and journey from Northwest Indiana to Chicago to Carrera, Italy to Athens, Greece. Jyl also is kind enough to explain her mission of sculpting a 17-foot tall Italian marble statue -- The Modern Athena -- a feat that would rival Michelangelo's David.
This fun conversation delves into essential aspects of creativity -- like having more than one artistic discipline and needing encouragement from friends and family -- with plenty of laughs and lessons along the way.
...Who self-teaches Italian marble sculpting? This true champion of creativity and art. A must listen.
Jeff and Dave jump back on the mics for one last episode before the end of 2019.
And will you believe it? It has been ONE YEAR since the Jeff & Dave Podcast embarked on its "Maiden Voyage" in December 2018. What a year it has been! We get right into it...
[And we are now THE CREATOR STUDIO PODCAST]
The guys discuss creative processing and methods and creative connections (how creatives gravitate toward one another) -- delving into the psychology more than ever before. They also share updates on creative projects, giving inside to their personal experiences. And to cap it all off, Jeff and Dave share some holiday sentiments and 2020 excitement.
Holidays, a new year, Christmas, creativity, and more! A great episode to snag during your commute or while working in the office.
Jeff and Dave return to the mic after a long summer away... but with plenty to talk about. Their creative ramblings start with Jeff's daughter's wedding this past weekend at Carnivale.
Dave dives into the newest news for Beyond the Backlot as well as other creative musings. Plenty to discuss about life, family, love, happiness, and purpose. Onward, Creative Community!
Jeff and Dave continue their creative ramblings with a myriad of topics. Lots of life happenings. Writing Community on Twitter ... Voice Over gigs ... Disney Movies ... Baseball season ... Creative energy and endeavors ...

Then the hosts are joined by an up-and-coming New York (soon to be Atlanta) actor, Lester Greene. He regales his enlightening and lesson-laden story with creative ventures, athletic aspirations, and sacrifice to make his creative passion possible (meaning driving a night route on NYC's bus system).
Plenty of laughs, insights, and goodies along the way!
Jeff & Dave are joined by esteemed Hollywood comedy savant, Steve Mallory! Also on the program is returning guest, John Cuneo!
Steve has been a part of iconic comedy cornerstones, including the Groundlings, Los Angeles' famed improv and sketch comedy theatre, where he met some of today's biggest comedy players.
