This week on The Creep Dive, we bring you the incredible true story of an Irish woman who clawed her way out of her own grave and calmly walked home, a man whose dramatic kidnapping turned out to be nothing more than an elaborate excuse for a solo bender, and the horrifying case of a teenage girl who survived a brutal attack where both of her arms were hacked off and went on to face her attacker in court. We also unravel the psychological nightmare of Derren Brown’s most disturbing TV experiment, where he convinced a man the world had ended. AI-induced psychosis. DIY castration surgeons. And a Florida couple flogging golden tickets to heaven. It’s a buffet of madness this week on The Creep Dive, as Jen, Sophie and Cassie spiral through strange science, online obsession, and some truly unhinged crimes. Also: octopuses are forming societies, and we are officially terrified.Want it ad-free and an extra weekly episode !? Support us on Patreon.com/thecreepdive Hosted on Acast. This week on The Creep Dive, Jen goes fully intergalactic spiral as she uncovers the extremely unsettling fact that black holes are making noises and not just weird cosmic static, but literal sound waves that AI has now decoded.NASA picked up a low, eerie moan coming from the Perseus cluster. Totally normal black hole behaviour? Apparently, yes. But when researchers turned their attention to Sagittarius A* the one at the centre of our galaxy it got real weird. Because not only is it spinning almost as fast as physically possible… it’s also spinning directly at us. Like it knows we’re watching.Add in some machine-learned harmonics, error-correcting code embedded in the laws of physics, and a general feeling that the universe might actually be a highly efficient rendered lie, and suddenly Simulation Theory isn’t just something Elon Musk says to make dinner parties worse.Come spiral with us.Wanna hear what a black hole actually sounds like?Wanna spiral deeper into the cosmic void without ad breaks interrupting your existential crisis?Support us on www.Patreon.com/TheCreepDive and get full episodes, bonus weirdness, ad-free spirals and maybe… just maybe… a glimpse beyond the veil.(Or at the very least, behind Jen’s eyeballs as she absolutely loses it over time not being real.) This week on The Creep Dive, it's a buffet of the bizarre: severed toes in ritual boxes, piglets with faces, and the return of the man who shagged a seagull. Jen relives her worm trauma, Cassie makes a public service announcement for maggot fans, and Sophie shares the story of the woman who took a metal-core butt plug into an MRI machine... with disastrous results. We’ve got baby pigs washing up in the Philippines with faces, lobsters in Air Max, skeletons in wetsuits, and a skipping cat man terrorizing a UK beach town. Plus: a feel-good Aussie lotto tale with an actual twist ending that’ll have you questioning the laws of luck. All that, and lots (and lots) of bum talk.👉 Want to listen ad-free, get early episodes, and support our disgusting habits? Cassie’s out sick (we send love!), but the chaos continues. This week on The Creep Dive, Jen and Sophie spiral from baby oil conspiracies to freak-off updates in the Diddy trial (guilty, somewhat), before tumbling into the mind-bending saga of Velocity Gnome: a multi-year prank that turned one man’s life into a real-life sci-fi opera, complete with shadowy quests, secret codes, and a rock musical about him—without his consent. This week on The Creep Dive, we’re rifling through relics, risqué robberies, and ridiculous retellings. Cass brings us the tale of Rose Dugdale, the British debutante who said “no thanks” to the tiara and “yes please” to the IRA—pulling off Ireland’s biggest art heist in a corridor-loving mansion. Then Sophie whisks us back into the murky mystery of Sherry Panini, who disappeared for 22 days and came back with a whole new origin story… again. Also featuring: nun-married foreskins, grim gramophones, Titanic survival hypotheticals, and one very cursed board game idea. This week on The Creep Dive, Jen takes us deep into the intoxicating mystery of the Voynich Manuscript. Is it a 600-year-old coded guide to female health? A Renaissance troll’s masterpiece? Or the deranged scribblings of a time traveller off their tits on medieval mushrooms? With baffling botany, star signs that don’t match our skies, and naked women passing herbs in goo pools—this manuscript has the CIA, codebreakers and creeps everywhere stumped. This week on The Creep Dive, we unpack one of the most absurdly chill art heists in history: the day the Mona Lisa disappeared from the Louvre... and no one even noticed until the next day. No alarms. No chaos. Just one little man, one white jumpsuit, and a very unbothered plumber. But that’s not all. We also dive into the jaw-dropping story of Carol Howe—a high-society debutante turned full-blown white supremacist turned double agent for the U.S. government. Her undercover work inside a violent cult may have exposed one of America's deadliest domestic terror plots… and then she vanished. Until now.Oh, and someone stole a six million dollar golden toilet.Love this chaos? This week on The Creep Dive, the gals dive headfirst into a toe-curling tale of body parts for sale, internet feuds between right-wing queens Jessica Reed Kraus and Candace Owens, and the inspiring, suspiciously spry story of Fauja Singh — the man allegedly running marathons well past 100. We unravel his role in Hallow, the world’s most successful Catholic prayer app, and ask: is this a genuine faith movement or just another billionaire-backed tool for control? Then, things get dark as we break down the return of the firing squad in the US. The first execution by firing squad in 15 years just took place, and we dive into why it happened, how it went down, and what it says about the state of justice today. And finally, we get tangled up in the bizarre world of Hillsong, the mega-church-turned-scandal-factory, complete with celebrity pastors, cult-like control, and enough hypocrisy to make your head spin.Billionaires, executions, cults—get in into yah.....Want to hear this episode completely ad-free and get an extra bonus episode every single week? Buckle up, creeps, because this episode is a rollercoaster of madness and tragedy.First, Casey Anthony is back—yes, that Casey Anthony—resurfacing on social media, and the internet has thoughts. We dive into her bizarre return, the outrage, and why the world still believes she got away with murder. Then, we uncover the Mormon armpit chlamydia epidemic. That’s right—bagpiping, soaking, and the truly unhinged lengths people will go to in order to technically stay “pure.”We also revisit one of the pettiest, most unhinged love triangles ever—the London Zoo Christmas Party Brawl. A llama keeper, a meerkat expert, and a monkey handler walk into a party… and by the end of the night, someone is swinging a wine glass to the face. And in a sharp turn into the tragic, we discuss the Aberfan disaster, one of the most devastating and preventable tragedies in UK history. How did a 111-foot coal waste tip collapse, burying an entire school and wiping out a generation of children? And how did the government force survivors to pay for the cleanupin you pop...Want to hear this episode completely ad-free and get an extra bonus episode every single week? This week on The Creep Dive, we take you deep into the shadows with three stories that will leave you shook. A terrifying human egg farm where women were trafficked for their reproductive abilities, a murderous vegan cult that sought total brain optimization at the cost of sanity (and human lives), and a snake-infested backyard nightmare straight out of an Australian horror movie. It’s creepy, it’s bizarre, and you’ll never look at mulch the same way again.GET INTO ITWant to hear this episode completely ad-free and get an extra bonus episode every single week? The prosecution overcharged her and didn't have the evidence. The same thing happened with Zimmerman.

The death penalty was ruled unconstitutional in 1972. Manson and his followers had been sentenced to death in 1971.

It's not unusual for young mammals to eat their mother's feces. Both horses and cows do it as well. They aren't born with the good gut bacteria they need. And actually, there's a legitimate, mainstream medicine procedure called a fecal transplant where human feces are collected from healthy, screened individuals and then freeze dried and put in a capsule so someone else can swallow it. Usually it's to treat people with C. difficile colitis. 😁 The more you know!

good episode but, seriously, don't eat something sticky (?) in the middle of your show. It sounds awful.

two things: First, tickling people has been used as actual torture by the Chinese and in ancient Rome, just to name a couple. Second, I think it's adorable that you guys say someone "has tickles" instead of that they "are ticklish." 😁

I need a daily fix at this stage. quit your day jobs and do full time pod please! I'm happy to become a groupie 🙌

LOVE LOVE LOVE this. The way the stories are told I am sucked in immediately and laugh out loud at the interruptions which are totally called for and are exactly the same things I want to know. Well done girlies. Keep up the great work.

This is the podcast of my dreams! I love the meandering nature of their delivery, it feels like an organic (albeit gas and weird!) conversation that I would have with my friends. I love all the weird and wonderful stories they cover, and their chemistry is brilliant. So many laughs throughout, keep up the good work ladies!

The podcast started good, I really enjoyed some episodes . The first few were interesting but it seems there running out of topics to discuss. The fact checking is terrible. Especially in the most recent episode, where they call Jordan Peterson. Possibly the most well known clinical psychologist of our time an alt right, nazi who hates women. Witch couldn’t be further from the truth. It just shows how clueless they are to facts
