On this episode of The Curriculum we have a conversation with Brad McCaslin about the XA App. The conversation is centered around getting the know the ins and outs of your athletes to better foster and understand their performance. XA app is a tool we’ve been using to improve athletic performance for our athletes here at Buffalo this off- season. It has been to tremendous to not share.
So if you’re interested in a tool that will help monitor athlete sleep, soreness, feeling, body weight, and help bridge the gap into the minds of your athletes, give this a listen. Thanks to CEO, founder and creator of the XA App Brad McCaslin (Bmccaslin@xa1972) for joining us.
