(Originally published June, 2023) We’ve all heard of the famous ‘butterfly effect.’ But is there a plausible, realistic, alternative historical scenario in which the US & the world could’ve been spared the worst aspects of Woodrow Wilson’s presidency merely by altering one seemingly minor detail of the 1912 election? Yes there is. Join CJ in […]

Apt indeed.
Enjoyed the chat guys. From my experience I believe NYTimes staff Journos are on $100k plus (up to 150k+ according to Glassdoor). There were extensive contacts between Poland and Ireland in 70s/80s. Solidarity Union has massive support in Ireland mostly via the Catholic Church.
Thank you.
Love this channel. learning history is so enlightening.
DHP won't cover certain topics, which makes it similar to the Tom Woods Show podcast. The following is a list of topics that “Conservative, Republican, Libertarian” types have in common with socialists. 1. DHP won't cover how an American socialist (Francis Bellamy) wrote the Pledge of Allegiance and it was the origin of the Nazi salute and Nazi behavior adopted later under Hitler’s German socialism (a discovery by the historian Dr. Rex Curry). 2. DHP won't cover the "swastika" as "S" letter shapes to symbolize socialism under Hitler (another discovery by the historian Dr. Rex Curry). DHP was unable to make the discoveries in #1 & #2 because of DHP's ideological bias. 3. DHP won't cover Hitler as a socialist; DHP is ignorant of the fact that Hitler et al did not describe their movement with the words “Nazi, Fascist, Third Reich, nor Swastika.” DHP is ignorant of the fact that Hitler’s ilk described themselves as “Socialist” (by the very word) in their voluminous speeches and writings. 4
outstanding podcast
Oh dear , I can’t believe how full of yourself you are . I was expecting a well balanced argument but sadly let down . I don’t think you have a clue about the real world of the 1940s Is it possible that dropping the bombs saved more life than it took on both sides I would love to see the end of war and atomic bombs, but if I was on a landing ship waiting to go ashore I honestly think I would be glad to survive.
30 minutes in and you seem to be right on par with that Jewish teacher. You figured out how to be boring talking about such an interesting topic. 👍👏
I'm almost 20 mins. in. I learned more about u then the bombings. but I'll hang in for a while.
awsome well thought out
awsome well done
Love this.
made it to ep 54 when he started to claim you can't be a pro war libertarian... and I am out.
I'm new to this show. I have to ask, does this guy ever get out of his car? I don't know if I can handle the background noise long term.
The sound quality is atrocious on this. Bumper music is annoying.
