I agree with you on ball parking your prices on your website. If you narrowed your ideal customer and services down enough to have a set, repeatable process (that can expand and restrict within limits) then i think thats a great way to pre qualify people and steamline your pre sale efforts. i do it too and it weeds out all the riffraff naturally. it also often makes the sale for me due to their respect of my knowledge, confidence and organization :) love your podcast! x
