He quickly climbed the ranks and earned sponsorships from some of the biggest brands in the industry. A lot of his motivation at the time was to prove himself to his peers and create a better life than his parents had.  In Senior year of high school, Tony was introduced to drugs and he was quickly hooked on oxy. Within just a few years, Tony became homeless and his addiction was crippling him. After losing the support of his friends, he ultimately reached rock bottom.  One day, he had a life changing moment where he was told that God would give him 3 tests and if he did not change his ways, he would be punished. Sure enough, Tony was pulled over 3 times in 4 days, and then was finally thrown into jail with an armed robbery charge.  While in jail, Tony became very introspective on his life and attempted to understand who he truly was and how he could grow as a man. It was in his jail cell where he began to have these tough conversations and invest in himself.  While in jail, he told himself that he would get back on his bike and reach the Olympics. After released from jail, his BMX career quickly came to an end due to injuries, but then he began to coach.  Tony was a coach at the 2016 Olmpics in Rio and his athlete placed 4th in the world.  Tony is now a leading speaker in his space and spends over 250 days out of the year traveling the world to speak inspiration to others. He also owns a treatment center where fitness and mindset are at the center of these patients recovery journey. 
Jeremy Hills is an entrepreneur and visionary. As the co-founder and President of Kollective, he has been responsible for building one of the top performance clubs and communities in the country. Prior to being an entreprenuer, Jeremy was a world-class Running Back. As the No. 3 RB recruit in the country, he committed to and played for the University of Texas - Austin. After dealing with injuries, he was forced to pivot into a new chapter of his life which included medical device sales, performance coaching and entrepreneurship.  In this episode, we first dive into Jeremy's background as an athlete. He shares what got him into football, how he exceled and separated himself from his peers. He shares lessons learned about work ethic and leadership.  We then transition to his life after football, where Jeremy had a choice on what he was going to do next with his career. After working a few years in sales, he decided to train professional athletes. Jeremy shares the story of flying to pitch NFL athletes and spending his first year going 0/16 in those meetings. Just a few years later, he was training upwards of 200 NFL athletes per year.  Finally, we talk about Kollective. The vision behind the social performance club is unveiled and he gives an inside look at what it takes to create a unique service in the fitness space. Matt Johnson’s story of running across Texas is a powerful testament to faith, resilience, and the human spirit. In just 17 days, 8 hours, and 55 minutes, Matt set the record for running 841.92 miles across the state, starting on October 1st in El Paso and finishing in Galveston. But the road to breaking this record was anything but smooth. Five weeks before the run, Matt suffered several leg injuries that put his goal in jeopardy. After praying and committing to his mission, he set out to complete what he said he would do, leaning on his faith and mental toughness every step of the way. From the first day in El Paso, where a group of supportive runners joined him to kick off his run, to the challenges he faced around day five, when swollen feet caused excruciating pain, Matt recounts the moments that tested his limits. He shares the harrowing experience of running down Death Highway, where semi-trucks sped by just feet away, and the mental toll of returning to his van that day filled with anxiety and exhaustion. On day seven, in the midst of the most pain he had ever experienced, Matt discovered that pain is inevitable but can be defeated, proving that his mind was stronger than his body. Day 10 brought even greater challenges, as Matt battled violent vomiting, rolled his ankles on gravel roads, and questioned whether he could continue. Yet, he pushed through, driven by his faith and determination to finish. One of the most meaningful moments of the journey came during a community 5K in Austin, TX, sponsored by LSKD, where over 150 people showed up to run alongside him, donate to ValorFit, and offer their support. Matt describes the deep emotions of seeing the impact his run had on others and how that fueled him for the final stretch. Drew Haas is the owner of a boat rental service in Austin, TX, outdoor enthusiast and is most well-known for his appearance and victory on Netflix's 'Outlast' Season 3! Drew grew up in a small town in Texas and grew up hunting and fishing. After reading personal development books, he decided to take a risk on himself and bypass the conventional 9-5 route. Drew started his own business in Austin and started posting outdoors content. From this content, he was contacted by a producer to participate in a Mr. Beast video, which led to an appearance on Netflix's 'Outlast'. In this episode, Drew tells the story of being selected for the show and the process of preparing for, and participating in the show. He faced physical and mental hardship during his time in Alaska such as sleeping in freezing temperatures, hunting and gathering for food, losing over 20lbs in 10 days, and more. Ultimately, Drew persevered and won the show with his teammate, Drake. When it was all said and done, Drew and Drake split $1 million. Drew talks about the experience of seeing that money hit his bank account, and how meaningful it was as he spent years struggling with bills and credit card debt. Today, Drew is still on fire to develop himself, his faith, and the people around him. He shares that success is about happiness, not what is in your bank account. Mike Speciale is the owner of Sett Studio, a real estate building company in Austin and Nashville. Trip Ison is a speaker and the host of the Ain't Dead Yet Podcast. Trip has an incredibly inspiring story as he used to be addicted to drugs and alcohol. He had a stable career but found himself unfulfilled, unhealthy and unhappy. On the night before his birthday, he looked himself in the mirror and had a conversation with himself. It was in that moment he decided that enough was enough. He was no longer going to live below his potential, as an overweight man, and not pursue his God given purpose.  The next day, Trip ran a mile and sharped his mindset. This was a catalyst for him to complete a full Ironman and compete in ultramarathon races.  Trip is a big proponent of spreading his story to the world as a source of inspiration. In 2024, he began public speaking to help the youth make better decisions and learn from his mistakes. I am so proud of what Trip is doing and the man he is today. This episode is packed with inspiration and can who you that you can change your life. 
Lexi Johnson is a fitness influencer and the owner of Lexi J Wellness, an online fitness community where Lexi hosts daily 28-minute online workouts for thousands of members across the world. Lexi is also a 1st Phorm athlete and was awarded 1st Phorm athlete of the year in 2023. Beyond that, she is a wife to her husband Brett, a community leader and an incredible human! Check out Lexi on Instagram Learn more about the Lexi J Wellness community Lexi started her journey in 2020 while she was still working as a dental hygientist. As the world shut down and her gym closed due to the pandemic, she started posted fitness content on her Instagram. As she received good feedback from others and acquired social proof, she went all in on Lexi J Wellness and was eventually in a position within less than a year to quit her job and go full-time on her business. This year, Lexi has spent a lot of energy on her in-person events. Lexi was in Austin, TX hosting two workout events for the local community here, and even had supporters from around the country fly in to attend. These workouts were amazing and a great way to connect with others! In this episode, we discuss Lexi's evolution as an entrepreneur and creator. We touch on her ability to lead by example, as Lexi dives into how she positively impacted her father who suffered from four heart attacks to eventually lose 100 pounds. One of my favorite parts of the conversation was Lexi's persistance when it came to working with 1st Phorm. Lexi was denied from being a 1st Phorm ambassador 3 times, until they finally brought her on and she is now one of the top athletes for the company.  Lexi is a huge inspiration to me and so many others. Diego Ojeda is a realtor in Austin, TX. He is most well-known for his videos where he asks wealthy people in Austin, "how much do you pay for rent?" and views their extravagent homes in downtown Austin.  Diego took a sabbatical after high school to learn under his brother and educate himself about the ins and outs of content creation. He mastered his craft and now consistently makes viral videos.  Although content creation is what most know Diego for, he is making his mark in the real estate industry. Clint Riggin is a successful entrepreneur, coach and is now diving deep into his faith in seminary school. Earlier in life, he struggled with drug abuse, partying, hanging around the wrong people and suicide contemplation. It was when he surrendered his life to Christ when he began to see substantial change in his life for the better and a greater purpose for his existence.  In this episode, we first unpack Clint's crazy upbringing where he enlisted in the Navy and professionally competed in bodybuilding, but then turned to drugs, partying and alcohol to be seen by society. This led him down a dark path of depression and questioning his life. He knew that he needed to make a change.  Clint decided to travel across the United States where he met his future mentor. This mentor prayed over him and opened his eyes to a better life with Christ at the center. Clint then began to change the way he operated, his beliefs and the people he surrounded himself with.  Clint and Matt discuss the power of faith and mentorship, and how both can create life changing transformations for anyone. Brad Womack was The Bachelor two times, opened successful bars in Austin and Nashville, and is now focused on Fitness After 50. Brad is one of the most humble and genuine people I have ever met in my life. He is someone who has achieved so much in his life, but remains grounded and never comes across as too busy to help others win.  In this episode, we discuss his journey on The Bachelor. Brad infamously decided to not choose a partner his first time on the show. Even with the show producers offering him blank checks to finish his love story on the show, he refused. He dives into that experience, as well as gives insight on how to successfully navigate relationships today. Brad shares insight into his entrepreneur journey and how he led by example to achieve success in business. Danny Miranda is a community leader in Austin, TX and a top podcast host, with The Danny Miranda Podcast. He has hosted heavy hitting guests on his show such as Andy Frisella, Mike Posner, Alex Hormozi and many more. Recently, he shared his 75 Hard story on Andy Frisella's podcast, Real AF. Today, Danny is focused on creating content on Twitter, coaching and hosting retreats.  Danny shares an impactful story when he was 15 years old and was managaing a New York Knicks blog. One day, he skipped school to go to the Knicks Media Day and was clearly the youngest reporter in the room. Even at a young age, Danny understood that he was never going to put a limit on his potential and success. His next big career move was to run an ecommerce business. He was living in San Diego with a few of his friends, making over $10k/month. He was living a life that most people would view as successful. Instead, he felt unfulfilled. He took a leap of faith to pursue what was on his heart and walk away from a successful dropshipping business. A huge catalyst to this career change was completing the 75 Hard program.  Danny shares great insight on meditation and selecting a great support system. Kayla Lojas, aka Kaylofit, is a business owner, content creator and former bodybuilding competitor. She currently lives in Austin, TX where she focuses on creating content for herself and numerous brands she works for, such as Ghost and YoungLA. Her and her team and Authenfit facilitate massive results and transformations for people looking to improve their health and wellness. On top of this, Kayla launched her own business last year, Shawties, which is a women's apparel company.  We begin by discussing Kayla's journey to where she is today as a creator. She walks us through the timeline of first wanting to become a doctor, then taking a bet on herself after not knowing what to do after college athletics. She began having success on social media but her life forever changed when one of her videos during bodybuilding prep amassed millions of views, resulting in hundreds of coaching applications overnight.  Her main fitness goal for a few years was to compete in bodybuilding. This gave Kayla a goal to strive towards, and identity as an athlete. With hard work, dedication, and help from her boyfriend Dan as her coach, she placed first in Summer Shredding in 2021.  We talk about her journey as a business owner. Kayla is super passionate about Shawties and the growth of her company is very exciting. Matt Johnson is an ultra-marathon runner, content creator and coach. After completing several incredible fitness feats so far in his life, Matt sets out to run across the state of Texas starting October 1, 2024. The purpose of the race is to raise money and awareness for vetrans across the nation.  Matt discusses the logistics behind the race, and how he plans to attack 850 miles over 17 days. To put this distance into perspective, it is the same distance from the Northern border of California to the Southern border of California.  If you want to hear about what training and nutrition goes into this event, Matt shares what he is doing the few months before Day 1 in El Paso. Given the difficulty of such a race, Matt remains inspired by the thousands of veterans that he will help through his run. He has gained a ton of support from brands and individuals such as LSKD, Jocko Fuel, David Goggins, HyrdroJug, Fat and Weird Cookies and many more. Matt Worthington is a community leader in Austin, TX. Joshua Grady is the CEO and Founder of Grady Media and Grady Sports Agency, the fastest growing sprorts agency in the country. In 2017, Joshua was the youngest individual to become an NFL Agent. Today, he is the youngest Agent to represent a top-40 draft pick in the 2024 NFL Draft. For the past 4 years, Joshua has served as a boss, mentor and business partner to me. David Funes is an aspiring author and speaker with an incredible story to share. Years ago, David experiences manic episodes due to biopolar disorder. He would struggle to keep his true identity, and was unhinged in some moments in life.  David got a high paying job early in his career and used his high income to party. As quickly as money came in, it was spent even quicker. Looking for dopamine rushes and a break from reality, David found himself going further and further from his purpose. Soon after, David gt caught up in a business that resulted in the FBI raiding their office and an ongoing trial against David. His professional life has not been the same since that moment.  Instead of choosing the victim mindset and going back into the trap of drugs and partying, David is now choosing to share his story in a positive way. He hopes to inspire the masses and use his story as a testament to needing peace in your life in order to find success. 
Harry Gray, aka MeatMafiaHarry is half of the Meat Mafia Podcast, co-founder of Noble Origins, operates a marketing agency and serves as a leader in the Austin community. Harry grew up playing sports and noticed his health begin to change. As he began to invest more into his nutrition, his life began to change. It wasn't until Harry took a leap of faith from his career to move to Austin and dive into entrepreneurship when his life began to change exponentially.  Through Meat Mafia, Harry and his best friend Brett are striving to change the way the world views food. This is not a new fad diet. They are instead simplifying how we look at food, and preach simple, effective options to optimize health.  His next venture was to start a nutirition product. Noble Origins is a grass-fed whey protein complex with liver, heart and collostrum. Noble is delicious and has taken over in Austin, TX.  On top of all of this, Harry and his team operate a marketing agency where they help wellness brands with social media, writing, emails and more.  Harry is also a dear friend of mine and a leader. He leads by example in fitness, as he is currently doing 1,000 step ups every day until he gets 1,000 people to take on the challenge themselves. Harry also helps run a Mens group in Austin, TX where we physically and spiritually challenge ourselves every week, creating a strong brotherhood.
