After an opening audio blog, panelists discuss how death is not the end of one's existence. Jesus said, "all who are in the tombs will hear his voice." How do Jesus' words affect our understanding of death and life? How does the Bible portray these as binary choices? How does worldly culture downplay true freedom while normalizing depravity as a seemingly acceptable third option?

In John chapter 4, the Samaritan woman at Jacob's Well questioned the greatness of Jesus. She compared Jesus with Jacob, saying that hundreds of years earlier Jacob provided water for himself, his sons, and his livestock. How could Jesus and the offer of living water be greater than that? Panelists discuss what it means to be great, how Jesus used greatness to describe John the Baptist, and how Jesus said that the one who is least in the kingdom of God is greater than John.

When Jesus saw the Samaritan woman at Jacob's well, the cultural norm of that day would have been for him to ignore her. Instead, Jesus interacted with her, saying, "Give me a drink." What followed was a life-changing discussion about the gift of God, living water, the woman's past, worship, and the Messiah. Panelists discuss how this passage conveys Jesus' intentionality in seeking the one who is lost, hiding or ashamed; what it means to be both fully known and fully loved; the parallel to several Old Testament accounts of a bridegroom meeting a future bride at a well; and the necessity and design of interconnectedness within the body of Christ.

How does God use marriage to tell us about himself? In the Bible, John the Baptist used the term bridegroom to describe Jesus. And Jesus described himself using that verbiage as well. Does contemporary society misunderstand this connection? Our panelists discuss repentance, purification, covenant, maturity, and unity.

Before he was a psychologist, Dr. Jon was a nine-year-old aspiring gymnast. Although his goals didn't really surpass bouncing aimlessly on a trampoline, that didn't stop him from seeking pledges for the local gym's fundraiser. Would the Cartwheel-a-thon end in soaring success? Or nosediving disappointment? Dr. Jon shares another story from his childhood and examines how belief in Jesus comes with both risk and reward.
The opening vlog is followed by a panel discussion. Life is full of choices every day. Many choices require a measure of trust or faith in things which cannot be seen. While this is true in the natural, it is also true in the supernatural. Jesus said, "blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed" (KJV). Panelists discuss faith, doubt, evidence, confession, and belief.

John 3:16 is arguably the best-known verse in the Bible. Perhaps less is known about the conversation immediately preceding it. Jesus was explaining to Nicodemus how a bronze serpent lifted on a pole in a desert hundreds of years earlier would be similar to Jesus' own crucifixion. Those who looked upon the serpent would live and those who look to or believe in Jesus Christ would also live. Panelists discuss the parallels between these two events and their relevance for today.

Sometimes the best gifts come unusually wrapped. It can be easy to miss a gift's true value based on a first impression! Such was the case when Jesus was born. God's gift of salvation came as a baby wrapped in swaddling cloths. After an opening audio blog, panelists discuss the word "wrapped" as it appears in Luke 2:7, and also discuss the role wisdom plays in being able to discern the mystery of the gospel as the Apostle Paul referred to it.
