We both know that at a moment's notice that a platform could completely cease to exist. We know Facebook likes to stop working every once in a while so how do you get all of those contacts off of social and into something you own (ie: your email list)? One of the best ways to do that is through a lead magnet. Here's how I use ChatGPT to generate ideas for me.

Knowing how to present your product, your offer, your opportunity, or your self is one thing but if you never do it, it’s going to be really difficult to succeed. Presenting is probably one of the most important pieces you need to put in place & honestly, there could be multiple systems within presenting. One question or situation I like to pose for my team & one I take into consideration when I’m revamping my business is… “your friend just found the best ____ Consultant. When you do business with them, what do they do?” & if it’s financially & time possible, do that! I want you to think about how often you assume in your business. Whether it’s about a specific product or collection, or your team, or your upline, or me. We all know what happens when we assume… it can lead to misunderstandings, incorrect decisions, & heartbreak (speaking from personal experience). When we assume, we’re basing our understanding on incomplete information & why would we make a decision without all the facts? How many times have you said something like… I’m not going to ask the school if they want to do a fundraiser because one of the teachers is a SSD… or I’m not going to message my upline for help because they’re busy… or there’s absolutely no way my customers are going to buy a $125 warmer… I could give you all the hypothetical examples but instead, I’m going to give you real life examples. Earlier this week, I asked in a leader group about a time they assumed & pulled 15 examples for you! Now keep in mind, these are all Directors & Above, the top 1% of the company, so they’ve been around the block a time or two so take a listen to their assumptions. Maybe you’ll see yourself in them & hopefully you’ll have some aha moments Full blog post: https://www.kimberlypulito.com/single-post/when-you-assume
What if I told you putting systems in place can be a better for your mental health than setting goals alone? Systems focus on the process, rather than the outcome. They’re also ongoing & can be adjusted if need be but consistency is key to turning a system into a habit. Try to follow your system as consistently as possible, even on days you don’t feel like it. The more consistently you follow your system, the more it will become a habit. Identify the area of your life where you want to make progress; this could be related to your career, relationships, health, or personal development & determine the specific outcome (or goal) you want to achieve in this area. Then break down the actions needed into small, manageable steps. Set aside specific times each day or week to work on your steps, or creating a checklist to ensure you are making progress. When you think about traditional daily, weekly, or monthly trackers or even systems, they’re made with a man’s 24 cycle in mind. Men’s hormones stay pretty much the same every single day while women’s hormones fluctuate throughout a 28-day period on average. This time period is known as our menstrual cycle (& yes, it’s more than just your period). The overall hustle culture makes 100% sense for a man because they show up every single day, basically the same. But, what if you knew the best time to go live, shoot videos, facilitate coaching calls, or network with other people? So when you look at your team, do you have significantly more hobbiest, or people who just occasionally purchase from themselves, than those who are actively working it as a business? What would your business look like if you focused more on finding those business builders?
How do you expand our network to get more people in the top of our funnel? One way, especially if you’re with a party plan company, is parties. If this method works for you & you have your party style on lock, this can be an excellent way to get in front of a lot of people in a short amount of time. When it comes to the social media platforms you use for certain things, how can you consistently add value back into them? Who are you currently… who does your content & verbiage say you’re looking for? How can you create a PDF to serve your target audience? What skills does someone need to be good at in order to see success in our line of work? Some are obvious & others aren’t. You need to understand how your brain works, write down your goals, hone your solopreneur mindset, & surround yourself with growth minded leaders.
What emotions come over you when I say the word… system? Dread, fear, panic… calm, relief, & control? If you were in that first camp, this should put your mind at ease. I don’t want you to overthink the word… it’s more of a concept. A system is just a set of tasks that YOU do on a daily, week, or monthly basis. You can pick up the systems that people share but that’s THEIR system. It works… for them. I see too many times, people pick up a cookie cutter system only for it to not work for them because they didn’t make it their own. You have to do the work to piece together your own. Think about it this way, a SYSTEM - Save Your Sanity Time Energy & Money. It’s just a set of tasks Everything I do has specific tasks… tasks that make up MY system. So now that you know what a system is, I want to give you five reasons why you need one: Consistency, Clarity, Productivity, Improvement, & Delegation. Be sure to check out the free resource to help you identify what systems (or tasks) you already have in place. https://kimberlypulito.co/systemsoverview
I’ve been too focused on getting to a certain place in my business that I haven’t been enjoying the journey. I’ve thought too much about what I want to be instead of WHO I want to be. Have you gotten caught in that trap too? Who do you want to be? If you completely ignored your goals & focused only on your systems, would you still succeed. If you want better results, then forget about setting goals & set a system instead. Goals are good for setting a direction, but systems are best for making progress. A handful of problems arise when you spend too much time thinking about the goals you want to set & not enough time designing the systems behind those goals.
How many of you have a really long list of goals that maybe you set out to accomplish in 2018 that you did it? Maybe you're wanting to accomplish those things in 2019? Today we're going to talk about ‘fish or cut the bait.’ Do what you said you're going to do, or just take it off your list completely. 2019, I want that to be your year get those things done. So if you're list was like mine, it was overwhelming. There were a ton of things on my 2018 list that I wanted to get done. Then there were some things that kind of fell in during these during last couple of months that weren't even on my radar as the beginning of the year. Look at your list and take the three biggest things. They should scare you. I really want to focus on the ones that will potentially make you money. Maybe there's a business venture that you want to take on. Maybe you already have a business venture and you want to add another stream of income. Maybe you want to start your own business. http://www.kimberlpulito.co/p/strategysession
You need to be blazing your own trails! You need to be a leader in your own life! It’s so easy to say that, “yeah, I'm blazing my trail. I am walking my own path!” but really zoom out and see. Are you really? My role-play coach said, “You know what, let's just zoom out and really look at your life. When in your life were you in the best shape?” It ended up being five years ago before I had kids. I was living alone and I was actually eating a vegan diet. I was cycling every single day. I had a membership. It was in a class & I had so much fun. #BREAKTHROUGH! Why don’t I get a Peloton? I jumped on that so fast! I got during the Black Friday sale. Then I said to myself, I need to go back to being vegan, cold turkey. So if you have never seen the documentary on Netflix called ‘What The Health,’ I highly encourage you to watch that. It feels so good to be the leader of my own life of my own decisions. I'm not following or listening to what other people are doing. I’m listening to my heart and my gut because that is what is leading me and telling me what I should do.
We only have seven more business habits to cover and some of these are really going to hit home for some of you, so let's jump in it to the first habit! 1 BEING GRATEFUL. Something I really want you guys to put into place is a way for you to document the things you’re grateful for every single day. 2 RESPECT OTHERS. Just be kind. Be considerate of the people around you. They even say, it takes more energy and more effort to be mean. 3 IMPROVE YOUR SKILLS. Learning does not have to stop after high school or college. Find a way to learn something new hone your skills for your business, or for yourself to raise you to the next level. 4 PLAN. Those who are hardcore with their business and have their sights set on being successful, plan obsessively. If you do not have a plan of where you want your business to go, I highly encourage you to sit down and make a plan for the next year. 5 BE MINDFUL. Really respect and being mindful of how you are treating yourself. 6 DO SOMETHING YOU LOVE. We are so consumed and wrapped up in our businesses, our families, and our careers that we're focused so much on these goals that we forget to pour into ourselves, women especially. 7 ASK FOR HELP. We don't have all the answers. None of us do. Its is so important to push our ego to the side and ask people who have gone before us for help. We shouldn't be waiting until that last minute to ask for help.
Welcome back to part three of business habits. I have seven more business habits to share with you to share with you to get your business back in line, in gear, and having you see success. POSITIVITY. It’s so important to focus on positivity, especially if you are a business owner. I encourage you to be persistent and be consistent. If you do those two things, eventually you will see success. 2. CONTRIBUTE YOUR TIME. Find a way to donate your time. Encourage your team & clients to come with you and contribute their time too. That bonding experience will also help with a positive culture. 3. BUSINESS BUDGET. Your expenses can go off the rails very, very fast. If you aren't keeping track your money will find its way itself. So you have to dictate where your money goes. You are in control of your budget. So if you don't have one, make one. 4. GET A MENTOR. Find someone who has already achieved the level of success you’re after and see if they can give you any feedback to kind of tweak what you're doing to make it better 5. EMULATE SUCCESS. Reverse engineer what they do. You can even ask them if you want, “how did you do this,” but really dive into what they're doing and try to uniquely implement it in your own business. 6. TAKE ACTION. It’s kind of obvious, right? Like, you can't have success if you don’t have action. I am all about massive, bold action. 7. REFLECTION. We’ve talked a lot about visualizing; seeing ourselves in the future. What do I want? Not a lot of people take the time to look backwards. Where have I come from? What have I achieved? What did I accomplish.
Here are seven more business habits to implement in your life and for your business to see results fast. 1 80/20 RULE. 80% of the results comes from 20% of the work. Only two out of 10 tasks are going to be revenue-generating activities. Look at your tasks and hone in on those top 20%. Same thing goes when working with a team. Identify those 20% and pour into them. 2. TRACK, ANALYZE, & REDIRECT. Track what you’re doing, document what you did that day, what worked, what didn't. You can make these changes to get to your goals faster and more efficiently. 3 NETWORKING. It's who you know that will add to what you know, that will get you to that success. When you're pouring into other people, even if they might not need you or your services, they will begin to know, like, and trust you & refer someone else to you who might need your services in the future. 4 BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS. So often we forget that human piece and skip passed the relationship building piece; that connection. Step back and build those relationships with your people. 5 ADD VALUE. Add value anywhere and everywhere you can. You want to give a ton of value upfront so much so that people think you’re crazy for giving away so much information for free. 6 ASK QUESTIONS. At some point in our lives, maybe our ego gets in the way, but we stop asking questions. We need to step back, really look at things, and start asking questions again. 7 JOURNALING. Get everything that's in your mind down on paper. This is one of the only places that’s a feedback-free zone. It's just for you so don't censor yourself when it comes to these things.
Our daily habits govern how we think, feel, act & they also have a major impact on our potential for success. 1 Waking up early. If you've never read the Miracle Morning, I highly suggest you do. If you're an entrepreneur, there is one specifically for entrepreneurs, & I highly suggest that one because it does have affirmations & testimonials from those who are entrepreneurs. 2 Power Hour. It's been said that mornings are the most powerful time & that is when we have the most clarity & focus. I really want you guys to to focus on something that is going to be income producing 3 Stay inspired. Find a quote, a video, a TED Talk, maybe a person, but find some way to inspire yourself every single day. 4 Set daily business goals. Map out the things you want to accomplish during your day for your business. No matter how big or how little they are, you want to document what you want to get accomplished. 5 No virtual clutter. What that means is making sure that everything in your virtual space is nice & tidy. 6 Manage your time. My biggest thing with this one is calendar blocking. I literally have calendar blocks & reminders in my calendar so that way, everything stays neat & organized & reminds me on my watch & on my phone if I need to switch task & do something different. 7 Chasing the frog. Before you go to bed, look at what your day looks like tomorrow. Plan it out in your mind. What is the most difficult task? What do I need to knock out first?
A lot of us, whenever we're looking at our life, we see this glass ceiling. We can’t go above but we can see all this amazing stuff up there. What I want you to do is in 10 years from now, I want you to be walking on your glass ceiling. What would that mean for you, to walk on that glass ceiling? If you didn't use the last week’s free downloadable worksheet for you to write down every single thing that you saw, you can grab it here: https://www.kimberlypulito.com/p/visualization-worksheet. Somewhere on your worksheet or on a separate sheet of paper, I want you to take your age and add 10 years to it. Write down, By ____, this is what my life is going to look like. This is the life I'm going to be living. Now that you’ve written down your visualization and you saying, by this time, I am going to be living this life, I want you to break it down. I want you to cut it in half. In five years from now, what do you have to do to be on track to meet those goals? The little tasks that we do every single day are going to add up to something very significant in the end, even though we think they’re so insignificant now. Once you start breaking down from that five-year mark, start breaking it down year by year to the point where you're saying, “you know what, next October 2019, what does my life look like? What am I doing different today to get to that point next year?”
I’m excited to walk you through a visualization exercise to help open up your mind to see your future self. Sabrina, one of my friends, walked me through this exercise a few months ago & I was really surprised at what I saw. It was completely different than what I anticipated my future self being like, so hopefully this exercise will shed some light on your future self as well. After you complete the exercise, I really want you to take some time & jot down everything that came to you. I made this FREE worksheet for you to document your thoughts & feelings + what you saw & felt: https://www.kimberlypulito.com/p/visualization-worksheet It's really important to write down as much as possible because we’ll be dissecting it down to reverse engineer it to today to help you build the habits to get to that person. If you're open to sharing your visualization or your thoughts in the comments, I’d love to read them. If you feel someone else would get value out of this visualization, please make sure you share this with them!
