Really enjoyed the first 4 episodes, but with a lack of any new developments in the investigation the final 3 episodes just unnecessarily dragged the series out
This is such an interesting podcast.
The emergency operator...ugh, is it an international phenomenom that all 911 operators have an almost bored or irritated attitude while taking calls from distraught victims or witnesses?? It is infuriating to listen to the exasperated "fire, police or ambulance" phrase the 999 operator repeats in her nonchalant manner.
Firstly, I enjoyed the podcast and hope for more episodes/breaks in the case. Re the Paul acronym mentioned, I too thought it could be 'Pay and u live'. But then thought perhaps it less likely that Alistair or his murderer would use/know the text speak 'u' given that mobile phones/social media wasn't as widely used as it is today especially among their age groups...
What a waste of time
the sounds isn't great on this episode (5) it sounds like the presenter is whispering at some points and then the backing music is pretty loud.
