The name of the podcast is inspired by one of the greatest moments in Islanders history in 1979 when the Islanders hit double digits in goals in a game against the rival New York Rangers ensuring that all fans in attendance that night would receive "Double Chili" from a local restaurant. Peter has been a fan of the Islanders since 1977 and has covered the team for a variety of outlets since 1989."
