He holds a Ph.D. in applied<br />economics (process mining/data science) from the University of Amsterdam, The Netherlands, a<br />M.S. in Industrial Engineering and a B.A. in Government, both from Lehigh University,<br />Bethlehem, PA. His work has been published in scientific peer-reviewed journals as well as the<br />popular press (Forbes, The Financial Times, The Hill).
